My local TJ Maxx- it's usually tidy. I can come in and find what im looking for - beauty products, home decor, kids clothing, athletic gear. Lines are usually long because it's always busy but they keep them moving. read more

I love this location! They seem to always have a better selection in their inventory every time I come. The store is always so clean and organized. The staff have great customer service and always willing to help. Due to COVID the dressing room is closed temporarily and you can't try on anything in the aisles. I saw someone get called out about that. You can still return your items if they don't work out. Their beauty area selection is pretty big and has a lot of this that you can find in popular beauty stores. I love their home selection is so many cute and unique things you can find for a reasonable price. Their located in a great spot in the plaza with Target and Publix. Plenty of parking. I first stopped by this location one year ago. There was no one at the jewelry counter so I browsed for a few minutes. When the sales associate finally returned she barely spoke to me and had headphones in her ears the entire time she was assisting me. I returned several weeks ago and three employees passed me and didn't speak or ask if I needed assistance. This location follows the layout of all the other TJ Maxx Stores I've visited. I stopped in, looking for something to do while I waited for my hotel room to be ready. I LOVE me TJ MAXX, because you never know what you're going to find. Here I found a great top and a pair of jeans that hugged me just right. I felt good and it let me see that I don't look as pudgy as I feel. The store was clean and neat, the associates were friendly and warm. I'd come back if I was in the area, that's for sure. read more

This used to be such a good tj maxx a few years ago but recently the employees have been so bitter with customers. No matter how polite I act towards them they always have an attitude. I can't complain knowing how annoying it can be to work in retail but it's gotten to a point where I feel disrespected and put down just asking for a fitting! I'd rather drive the 20 mins to another store then ever have to deal with this store again. read more

Limited selection and quite messy. I was looking for a new curling iron and they didn't have very many in stock while other TJ Maxx stores usually have a lot of choices. Everything is just everywhere randomly.. While I do think that is typical for these types of stores, but I've seen better. Just OK. read more

The picture frames for the living room got them. Need a gift or two for the bosses at Christmas done. Big discounts on designer handbags like Arcadia, Kate Spade and Michal Kor's. Go to the right isle doggy treats and games can be found, something for kitty too. This store is set up well and even has a small amount of furniture for sale if you are looing for a piece to fill a space. Complaint is the amount of children who are allowed to run around the store unsupervised please keep your child in check and with you. read more

I am confused arriving at this location. The store door posting stated to wear a mask, and if sick do not enter. So, I returned back to my car, and retrieved my mask. With squinting eyes behind my mask, I found my product after dodging some customers who decided to join me in a already tight fit row. Ughhh! Just as I thought to escape with my product, the line was bumper to bumper with paying customers. There was no social distance at all! I felt like I was joining a car pileup on the 285. This location is a little smaller than some of the other stores that I've visited. Nevertheless they still have the same quirky little oddities that I look for and within my budget. The store is always clean. I've never had to go on a hunt to locate a matching shoe or rumble through a pile of clothes. The workers here have always been pleasant to me and assisted whenever I needed help. Case in point last might I was looking for a lamp that I had hidden (yes I am one of those customers) and had forgotten the hiding place. Long story short, one of the sales clerks (wish I had gotten her name) assisted me in finding it last night. Not to mention it was on clearance as well. Sweet. I don't like the customer service attitude here. They put the wrong price tag on an item. Instead of apologizing, the cashier gave you an attitude like you fraudulently altered the price sticker. It's a price huge price sticker for God's sake. How is it possible to peel off and stick on something else perfectly? I will never come back. TJ maxx is loosing points for me. read more

I loved this tj maxx it was near the airport. we had a couple of hours to wait and bought some snacks here and a pair of pants.

Horrible customer service, Shirlene and Ed needs a refresher course on the meaning of customer service.

Definitely one of the nicer T J Maxx stores in the area. A bit messy - but what T J Maxx store isn't late on a Saturday afternoon. The check out process is much faster here than at most other locations. Parking is easy and the selection is very good. Typically good T J Maxx prices. read more

I've yet to have a great shopping experience here. I can never find a thing even after spending an hour or better.

I love TJ MAXX and all the great deals you can find there, but the problem with this one is the staff. Not enough registers open, half of them do not speak English, and the ones stocking shelves are obnoxious and do not let you browse around them. read more

I just returned to my office with what I thought was a new set of hot rollers. I opened the package and found the roller unit had been used and abused. The cover was all scratched and rollers had gray/blonde hair wrapped around them. It was very dusty and appeared to be an old set. I should have realized by looking at the package which had been re-taped and was torn and had stains where something was spilled on it was an indication to steer clear. Just can't believe TJ Maxx would put something that was used by another consumer back on the floor. Will never revisit this store. read more
