I initiated a return through USPS and dropped it at my local UPS (USPS picks up from UPS locations). The package was lost--either USPS never picked it up or lost it before reaching their facility. I immediately contacted 47 Brand with all tracking details, expecting them to work with me on a solution. Instead, their customer service rep sent sarcastic, dismissive emails and refused to help resolve an issue caused by carrier error--something neither of us controlled. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn't care. For a company this size to have such poor customer service infrastructure and unprofessional staff is unacceptable. They've completely lost my business and trust.
