This store is literally racist…read more I went there to pick up an online order. My order was missing two items that were on the shelf. The employee called the manager. First, I was expected to take it without the items I paid for online. Then, the manager cancelled and took back my entire order because I wanted the two items to be added to it (they were paid for and under the same item code as the ones in my order). Prior to cancelling the order, she would not allow the person I entered the store with to hold my order (despite me having paid for it) which we feel was racially inclined. She started to ring out the items after cancelling the order, and wanted me to pay again. Afterwards, she refused to refund the person (I came in with) for a defective item (which was bought the prior day and had scratches that weren't noticed till opening the box). She said she could not help, and claimed there were no scratches. There was a receipt showing yesterday's date. She spoke very rude, and kept saying she would not help. This was even more horrifying considering that she only cancelled my entire order after taking it from him. She was openly uncomfortable around someone black, and she refused to process a return for an item with a valid receipt per Five Below policy.

I was able to find the item , some bins, easily at a decent price; however, check out consumed most of my time. The customers were polite and tolerant in spite of the checkout delays. Cashiers had no help with bagging, folding clothes for placement in carts, .... etc. The number of registers maned were few despite numerous stations. Staff was present doing other tasks and seemed to ignore the lines extending into store space. Several individuals in Target attire appeared to be on their personal mobile phones. That said; my cashier, Mary, was patient, hardworking, and professional. With a few improvements, this Target can be one of the better retailers in this area. Their grocery section is about the same size as other Super Targets. The rest of the store was so neat, it was a pleasure to shop here. I used the self checkout, which was very easy !

I have ordered online from Hallmark and shipped to home or picked up orders there, so I assumed that Hallmark and the Paper Store are one and the same. Not the case. Today, I picked up an order but upon opening immediately in the car, I found that one product was loose in the box and broken in 3 pieces. One other item was missing altogether. Two items were in good order, just poorly boxed which is unusual for Hallmark but it is their busy season. I had the pre-paid order detail and after going back and forth with Paper Store Manager and Hallmark Manager (on-site), i was told they couldn't help me with a refund or exchange because they aren't Hallmark. I had no idea. It was not a good customer service experience but I've never had a problem there before, just the opposite. The one time I did I was basically told we can't help you and there's nothing we can do. You have to deal with Hallmark even though they carry the same products in the store. I was told I could purchase them from them though but not an exchange. Just want to share if you pick up an order there and you have a problem they can't help with it. It's just a pickup place. Having the store credit card at any TJ Maxx or Marshalls location never seems to do anything for you to incentivize them to actually care or do anything. Will be losing my business.

I have visited a few different Ollies and this one feels the least organized with a lot of randomness and slight organization, coupling like items in the same aisles, but no real sense of direction. On top of the heat/thick air, I also found it very uncomfortable when I had to use the restroom. From kids clothes to adults clothes to pool supplies to food you name it. They literally the best deals ! If you go online, they have these things called crazy deals where you purchase an item for a certain amount but then they give you a gift card back in the same amount basically meaning you're getting the item for free. I honestly don't understand how they even make money, but I'm all for it. Then I just go back and use the gift card for stuff that I would normally buy for every day purchases anyway, like detergent, paper towel, etc. I consider it myself like a job lot specialist. I can honestly say I am obsessed with the store. They also run great fundraisers all the time where you buy an item that's getting donated, but they give you a gift card back for the same amount. They also have a section called eight for free if you spend over $10 in that section, you get a gift card back for that same amount. Such a great section for anyway that's looking for a great deal.

The staff were more than friendly and extremely helpful, especially Chris, one of the managers, who is amazing. The store was extremely organized and very large, for a Hallmark Store. They had an incredible amount of gifts, and a great clearance section. There were (literally) millions of cards, and SO much stuff out for Christmas (really? It's only October!). Incredible store I look forward to returning to in the future. Definitely another great place for gifts, and at this time of year, the holidays are quickly approaching.
