She also offered me a sample of her Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Lotion. After smearing a sample of this on my hands, I knew I had to have some of this stuff....fast forward a few days we took our grandson to the Apple Store in Franklin Park Mall and while my hubby and him did some shopping, I decided to run down and do a little happy women type shopping. Upon entering their store, I was greeted by friendly and helpful clerks who offered me a shopping bag to carry with me as I shopped. I was overwhelmed with all the great products they sell, but was focused on finding my Stress Relief Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Lotion. As I moved to the room towards the back of the store, there it was, but not only do they have body lotion, they also had soaps and other products available in that same scent! Since the foaming hand soap was on sale for $3 a bottle, I decided to grab one if those also. Checkout was quick and easy and they can email you a receipt if you like. Very pleasant shopping experience and I am so happy with both the lotion and the soap products. I love the way it makes my skin feel and the smell truly is delightful. I have never been a big fan of eucalyptus, but this is not over powering. I'm a regular shopper at Michael's especially since A) Joann Fabrics has closed and B) I hate hobby lobby and only shop there if I absolutely have no other choice. This location is extremely well stocked, full of awesome stuff and very busy. They have the usual fanfare of crafting stuff, but for some reason it really was a more than pleasant time here for my shopping needs. Stores very clean and organized, stuff is mostly easy to locate and they have decent coupons if you look online before you go. Micheals are usually in good working order, but whomever is running this store clearly does an amazing job of keeping it together. I like that they have the self checkout kiosks because, like today, I just had a few sheets of paper and probably could have checked myself out but stood in line because it was hot and I was tired. Overall fantastic experience. One of the best Micheals I've been to in a long time!

The only thing they lack is fresh produce, which I see that other stores are starting to carry. Maybe they will add that for Rossford in the Future. The three gentlemen…read moreworking were so helpful; they helped me open the actual key fob to get the dead battery out, they helped me find the exact battery I needed, and ensured that the key was able to be replaced. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond within their role at Family Dollar. As someone who is not from Toledo (my family is over 3 hours away), it was incredibly thoughtful and kind that those three men were willing to help me figure out my issue.
