Thai food in Sweden? Why the hell not? I have heard about this place's "reputation" long before I even managed to visit here. This is supposed to be a good authentic Thai place in Stockholm and we weren't proven wrong. We came here without a reservation on a Sunday evening, (quite an odd hour to eat) and got seats immediately. Inside, the aroma of the Thai food was dominating the place, but in a good way. A lot of Thai people were sitting and enjoying their food and chattering so it was a good sign. I ordered the deep fried tilapia in red curry sauce (I have been missing this a lot from our local Thai restaurant in Copenhagen - Kalasin, that's now been closed for years!!) - marked with four chilis on the menu, while boyfriend ordered tiger prawn also with red curry sauce with three chili mark on the menu. Our other friend ordered a mild vegetable in green curry with two chili mark. My dish was just as I had expected to be. Deep fried fish in a strong red sauce and it tasted as it should be, satisfying and spicy! I was overjoyed. My boyfriend's tiger prawn was also good and despite the vegetable green curry was very mild, it had every bit of flavor as it should be - perhaps this is more suitable options for Swedes who aren't into spicy food. My dish was priced at 189 SEK and considering it was a whole fish, it was very fair. The tiger prawn was at 169 SEK and the vegetable was somewhere around 149 SEK if I wasn't wrong. It was fairly priced, good food, and great service - all-five star material for a restaurant. If I am visiting Stockholm again in the future, this will definitely be on my list again!

Recommended by a Thai Fashion designer based in Stockholm and the place to go! Authentic Thai cooking and dishes! Really delicious a much respite and feeling of home. We were visiting from Singapore and my wife's Thai, she gave it both thumbs up! Food was yummy and try the Fried Tilapia! It's so yummy! When you have Thai servers and Thai chefs!

Rude and very bad service from the minute we walked in until we left. No one was around to seat us for several minutes. Our waiter was abrupt and impatient. We had to get up and ask for the bill after a long wait for it. No "Thank you" after paying bill and leaving. The food? I'd say mediocre to bad. My Thai wife couldn't drink the Thai ice tea. My seafood dish was bad.

Pretty decent Thai food! Very flavorful beef Penang curry, and just-the-right spice in the papaya salad. Fast service and spoke English with English menus.

Pretty decent Thai food! My bf and I decided to come here based off of the reviews off Yelp and were very satisfied with the food. We ordered beef Penang curry and a chicken cashew dish. The menu had English which was great, however the service was mediocre.

We came here an early Sunday morning, before I had to catch the bus back to Arlanda Airport (which leaves from right on the other side of the street, next to Fridhemsplan t-bana). That perfect location made us choose to go here, but I'd definitely go back! At first it looked as if they don't have that much to choose from thought, but all three of us got what we wanted and they serve good coffee ánd fresh orange juices! I went for a croissant, kanelbulle (to say goodbye to Sweden ;)), a latte and an orange juice and paid 105kr for all that. It was more than enough to start the day with, take a bus to the airport to ánd fly back to Amsterdam, so I was happy. And yep: I'm a fan.

They had really limited options to choose from. 3,4 kinds of pastry, 2 kinds of juices, one kind of yogurt & fried egg sandwiches with/ without salami on them. The sandwiches were stacked up on top of each other outside the fridge right at the cashier( the point where you walked in) so I assumed they were there only to display so I asked here that if I order egg sandwich I'll get a hot egg, right? She said no these are the sandwiches & it is served cold, do you want hot, I said yeah assuming that she was gonna crack an egg for me and make one but then she just put one of those sandwiches in a microwave! And you probably know what kind of smell to expect from a heated fried egg!! Absolutely disgusting! They also serve their coffee in a plastic cup which was a huge minus for me. I think the whole idea with this cafe must have been a hipster simple hang out but it has gone terribly wrong and all that is, is really a dump looking place with a bunch of worn out furniture & plastic dishes to serve food in! And last but not least, they charge me 70 SEK for a fairly small( compare to other cafes) sandwich & a lousy late which makes this place one of the most overpriced cafes in the whole Stockholm!

Less travelled areas will still see pretty similar prices. That's why I love this particular restaurant. For around $70 per person you will experience an amazing 7 course tasting menu with excellent food and beautifully plated, easily worthy of a Michelin star. The depth of flavor and texture in every dish had everyone in our group more than satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed the scallop, chicken liver, and cod dishes most. Service was excellent. The only knock would be the length of time we spent here. It was about a 3.5 hour experience, which is a little bit too long. However, without reservation, this was the best fine-dining meal I've had so far this year.

And: it's way better than the (quite uncosy, if you ask me) cafe that Moderna Museet has itself. They seem to serve amazing coffees and have fancy juices and lemonades, but as we really just needed a quick bite, we went for water (that you can just take for free). There were many good looking salads and sandwiches to choose from, but as I'm not always spending my weekends in Stockholm (or Sweden in general), I obviously had to go for some sort of bulle. Cinnamon, cardamom - they had it all, and they looked awesome. But they also had saffransbullar, which is something I hadn't tasted before, so we obviously (both) went for that one. It was very sweet, but extremely good and filling, too. Just because of the distance from the rest of the city, I wouldn't just walk to Skeppsholmen just to go to Café Blom, but if I'll ever visit one of the museums again, I'd definitely go here. It's cosy, not too pricy and did I already say how delicious their food is? Well. Yep.

They offer superior quality hot and pre-made dishes at decent prices, ordered counter style. Their soup of the day during my visit was tomato, served with a generous dollop of tangy yogurt and basil oil. You could tell that this stuff was made fresh, not poured from a can. They have a generous free bread basket that you can help yourself to, providing delicious, hearty, chewy bread to dunk in your soup, or dip in a little dish of olive oil (also gratis). They offer a tempting array of baked goods, but they also sell delicious Danish chocolate bars from Simply Chocolate at the register (I am partial to the "Grainy Sue", which is basically a granola bar covered in chocolate). Seating is plentiful, as they have several rooms set up with tables in different configurations, including an outdoor patio. This is a very kid-friendly environment, and there were lots of strollers lined up at midday. They also offer free Wifi if you're needing to get some internet time in.
