On the first occasion I was told that they had overbooked the date I was promised and rescheduled me for the next day. Next day came and no show, no message and apparent lie about the condition of my property when I called them, though no inspection had been done. I would steer clear of this company.

First few years were OK, I did spend 40K on…read morelandscaping.... but after that, oh what a drama... i had to call them everytime they did not show up for lawn cutting, hard to get hold of them. They always blamed on the weather, did not make up unless calls were made. Last year, they raised the price again. With all that money i spent on chemical treatment, my lawn still looked like hell. So I switched to Jack's Lawn Care. Please read my other reviews so you don't get me wrong. Reason for mentioning other company name is because the new guys are just so opposite. I pre-paid for the whole season for some discount, did not expect much. But let me tell ya, these guys cut like clockwork, never miss a single cut and no hassle. I wish I had switched earlier!!!

This has nothing to do with the service or employees.....but if you have a garden or flower beds…read morebeware. The employee was told to stay away from the flower beds and garden when he sprayed and I believe he did. The spray gets in the air and it kills garden plants and flower beds. The grass has looked ok but this is a deal breaker. Like I said no complaints with the employees. Just gonna have to find another way to keep the lawn up.
