I told them I needed a zipper in the pant leg and showed them where (inner seam). One of the women thought that was hysterically funny - not sure why. She laughed and laughed, and then went in the back. A bit disrespectful, but whatever. The other woman was nice and respectful, showed me what she would do and how much it would cost. The pants were ready 2 days later, and they're perfect. They collect payment up front, and give a ticket for picking up. They did a great job.

Laundry Loft has is conveniently located next to Roche Brothers and they are open daily until 11pm which gives me more options for when I do my laundry. The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.
