When I went to collect them she said, that "there were 5 jackets, not 4, and therefore the bill will be $80". First of all, in Massachusetts retail law this is illegal. Even if it were true, it's her mistake, not mine. Second, do the math: how would a fifth jacket raise the bill by a third?
