The guys there are really nice. I was looking for a good quality tint because I wasn't just getting my 2010 Toyota matrix tinted for the looks. The guy was really detailed about giving out the information about the different types of tint that they had. He offered a $100 dollar discount on the highest quality tint (He also gave discounts on the lower quality ones.) I chose the Ultra performance tint and had all of my windows tinted including the back windshield. The tint was awesome in keeping the heat out. TJ also gave us a free window/glass cleaner. They were also very detailed about the care and maintenance of the fresh tint and told us to come back after a week or two for a no-cost touch up. A couple of days after the service, I saw quite a lot of bubbling on one of my back windows. I called TJ about the issue and he assured me that it was normal to have especially with the quality tint I chose and that the bubbles would disappear... and they did. A few weeks later, I decided to tint my front windshield with the same type of tint but with the 75% visibility that included the technology that would keep the heat out as well and the darker shaded tint. TJ also gave me a discount on that. Last weekend, through an unfortunate event, my front windshield and one of my back windows were shattered. I got it fixed a couple of days ago. I felt the big difference between an untinted windshield versus our tinted one. My skin was burning. It was funny because I felt the heat from in front of the car, but not from my window side even though the tint was really light--60% visibility. Today TJ is re-doing my tint for my front windshield and one of my windows he gave me the same discount as my previous services. I think that having all windows and windshield tinted is real important, especially for those who spent most of the hottest part of the day driving their car. Friendly, professional, pressure free environment from first walking in, to handshake and smile after paying. On arrival I was instantly greeted, and encouraged to take a look at tint samples. The differences between all the tints, qualities, and prices were thoroughly explained. Seeing that I was still unsure of EXACTLY what I wanted, Ash and TJ were friendly enough to give me THEIR recommendations as to what I should do. Even then though, I wasn't pressured into choosing one way or another. In fact, they encouraged me to think about it and come back later in the day, and promised the car would be ready before days end. I came back later, told them what I wanted, and sure enough the car was done exactly to my specifications. Brought the whip to get limo tint for the back window and the c-pillar windows on my 370Z. I usually do everything to my car and never have a shop do anything. I was ready to tackle on tinting the windows myself, but my coworker recommended TJ's. Especially when he told me they worked on new cars from the dealers at the Fairfield Automall, i had a feeling they'd be legit. So I drive there, walked into their shop, and the first thing i noticed is how clean it was and they were working on two new Honda Accords from the dealer installing tint. I felt comfortable knowing that the info was true about them haha. So I left the keys at 1pm, and came back at 5pm to pay $250 cash. Before I paid, the owner said "you know what? The best auto tint! TJ and his brother are masters at installing tint! They are the only installer I trusted with my Lexus SC430 and Tesla MS. They listened to my questions and concerns about auto tint before recommending a shade and type of tint. We went with the newest ceramic tint for the side windows. They also installed a clear tint on the windshield that works very well at reducing radiant heat as well as harmful UV rays that can destroy interiors.
