When I decided to go with them, he offered times and dates for me to pick from, with availability starting the next day. I received a text confirming the date and estimated time of arrival. On the day of, I received a text confirming they were en route. Jason arrived and checked in with me and confirmed the gutter cleaning services I ordered and got right to work. I asked to let me know before starting work if there would be any additional charges. He said it wasn't a problem to do so (there were no additional charges). During the process, I noticed there was some debris on the top of my garage after the leaf blowing stage, and stepped out to mention it to Jason. He explained he would need to do another round to rinse the gutters, but he backtracked and took care of the gravel before he even got to the rinsing stage. Jason provided recommendations on how to take care of my gutters and informed me if I wanted to pay with credit card, there would be a processing fee. Very transparent. Had a great experience.
