It would have been $60 at any truck in South Florida Drinks are only 1$ and ice cold and found a "rare" sprite I've never seen(that's why I say "rare" it's rare to me haha) Shrimp Po Boy - Fire !!! So fresh , corn dusted and perfectly fried .. shrimp juicy and tender and perfect amount .. nice and filling Chicken Gyro.. fresh grilled .. great portion size and tzatziki sauce was on point!! Waffle fries - Fresh out of the fryer! Could ask for better Pasta Salad - homemade "Greek" style.. we ate every last bite This was enough food for 3 people !! I saw Big Daddy's BBQ and decided to try their ribs. SO GLAD I DID. These ribs were fantastic. The BBQ sauce was a thin, sweet sauce. It was delicious, although the ribs didn't need it. The ribs were smoked to perfection and the meat just fell off the bone. Best ribs I've had in East Tennessee. I was told their "wings" are phenomenal also. I will definitely try them next time. They are a food truck and are at different events and locations throughout the year so I suggest you follow them on Facebook to see where they are going to be next.

We loved the burritos as did everyone else at the event. Each burrito is stuffed with French fries along with it's unique ingredients. They have both mild and hot salsas to accompany their burritos. They also serve a dish, called the "minimum bet" which is a large order of French fries topped with a white queso cheese. The fries were super crispy and the cheese sauce was spectacular. The serving is definitely enough for 2 and is reasonably priced. And don't pass up on dessert. The "color me up" is 2 warm churros filled with caramel and covered in cinnamon sugar. These were a fantastic way to finish off the meal. We will definitely be following them on Facebook so we can see where they are going to be next. If you see their truck, I definitely suggest trying them out. You won't be disappointed.
