I did peek at tacos which had a nice presentation even for a to go order. Upon my attempt at consuming them after returning home, I realized the meat was rare at best, undercooked for this cut of meat. The texture was of raw fatty meat that was unfit to be eaten. Sad they looked so promising other than the to rare meat. They were on the special menu I would have thought meat was prepared ahead of time, marinated and slow cook ed. The meal was $15.95 so I figured it wasn't a huge loss. Hopefully they take those of the menu or prepare differently for future orders. Fun evening, easy getting an uber out of property. They have a service area at the bar specifically for folks to walk up and order (they also have seats at the bar and seats at tables). The restaurant did get a lot of sun as it's a corner restaurant and there is some patio seating. I put in an order for the Huli-Huli Pizza, Pizza 'Da Bayou, and Beignets to-go. The server was quick and attentive. The food came out within 15 minutes or so and time felt like it went by quickly. I instantly took pictures of the food because I was so excited for it! If you're avoiding, allergic to, or do not enjoy marinara/tomato sauced pizza, then these were two great garlic oil based options! The Pizza 'Da Bayou was a savory option and the Huli-Huli Pizza was a tasty sweet option. The beignets were still warm when they got home, but they're definitely best eaten fresh.
