After looking at the menu, I decided to go with the healthier choice so I ordered the Drunken Parm Sandwich. I wish I took a picture of the sandwich when it came out because it looked very good and like it was made fresh. Almost immediately, the server came over to me to let me know that they made me real chicken rather than the vegetarian chicken and said she would take it back for the vegetarian chicken. I opted to keep it since I knew there was a chance it would probably get thrown out. I took one bite of the sandwich and I have to say, it was one of the BEST chicken parm sandwiches I've ever had. It was piping hot and tasted fresh. From the chicken, to the sauce, to the bun, it all tasted fresh and practically melted in my mouth. It was a little on the salty side but aside from that, it was made to perfection. To top the night, as we were paying the bill, our server Maya (who was very friendly and tentative during our visit) handed me a take out container with the veggie chicken parm sandwich in it AND the general manager Greg came over to me to apologize for the mistake and said the veggie chicken parm was on the house. It's very rare for me that this happens. I wish I lived closer to Paragon so I can go back more often but believe me, I'll be back there for drinks and dinner next time I'm in the area.
