    Savory crepe

Diner right across from the train station- hence the name :) Parking is street and nearby lot all meter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I met a colleague for brunch on a weekday and appreciated the festive decor felt very homey. Menu offers variety, but we both ended up ordering crepes one savory and one sweet. The savory one comes with a side of fries. Both were good, I think I prefer a thinner crepe but the savory one offered a thicker one so it was pretty filling. Overall 4/5 for value and execution. Not necessarily a destination spot but conveniently located and a decent option if you're looking for a quick bite. Pricing of the rest of the menu was on the pricey side for the diner feel.

Good food, decent portions. Menu is quite expansive and honestly anything you get you can't go wrong! We all had breakfasts/ brunch food, but there are plenty of lunch and options to choose from. Staff were friendly and quick! We went for a birthday brunch and our server went out of her way to have the full team and restaurant sing for our birthday guest.

Fully enjoyed Cranford Station House, gives a warm old school Jersey diner vibe while being up to date. The staff is very friendly and service is quick! I ordered the churro french toast sticks and they were nice and light and the cinnamon sugar wi the t cram cheese icing was just enough sweetness. The pancakes are THICK! Both served with warm syrup which is always appreciated.

I recently found the Cranford Station House via a Google search and I am so glad I did. While staying in the area, I needed a good breakfast option and this place did not disappoint at all. Our waitress, I believe "Sophia" was amazing. We had a few picky eaters in the bunch and she was so pleasant and patient listening to all their concerns about their food. She also informed us what was the best sellers on the menu. Many of us had the skillet, from her recommendation and they were delicious. The flavors were so gratifying and flavorful. The menu is also so big, there is literally something for everyone! They are in a nice location, which is near a parking area near the train. Its not very big, so I am sure they get really packed on the weekends. Hands down great food and service!

Place is really cute. This diner is situated in the town of Cranford NJ by the train. It's a small intimate diner. It's super clean with an old school vibe to it. Staff is very nice and welcoming. They have an extensive menu to choose from. From breakfast items to lunch. We came around noon. We ordered a special short rib hash with eggs, Reese peanut butter pancakes, churros French toast, reg pancakes, and a chicken gyros with loaded fries. Everything was super fresh made to order. Everything was tasty and flavorful. The hash was really delicious. And so was the pancakes really fluffy. The dishes were extremely large. And prices are decent. We really happy with our food and staff again was amazing we would def come back again.

Went in on a Sunday morning there was no wait. Parking wasn't too bad. My husband got the churro French toast and loved it. I got the southwest skillet (weekend special) with no meat. It was really good but could have used a lot more seasoning and the sweet potatoes were more soft and squishy than crisp. I probably wouldn't order it again but it was good. The service was great!

Always busy to visit on the weekend but be patient, the wait time is usually half the time the host tells you. Omelets so big had another meal from it!

This Saturday morning breakfast spot checks all the boxes!!! Run, don't walk. I couldn't choose so I got the sweet and savory and had a great doggie bag!

Nice little diner nestled in the center of Cranford. Directly across from the train station. The place is cozy and practical noiseless while I was there. The menu is with plenty. I mean plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly and seem to get alone which sends a welcoming feeling. I went with the PULLED SHORT RIB HASH SKILLET- $22.00 SLOW COOKED HOUSE MADE BEEF SHORT RIB PULLED AND MIXED WITH FRESH POTATOES ONIONS PEPPERS MUSHROOMS & TOPPED WITH MELTED PEPPER JACK CHEESE. My order surprisingly came out pretty fast. The eggs were cooked over easy as asked and made to explode all over the pulled short ribs. My order was more then what I expected. There was plenty short rib in every bite. There was each ingredient in every bite. There was goodness in every bite. Right now, I can not tell you the taste of more of the menu. But give me time. I will back and updating you on other menu items.

My friend suggested this place for breakfast one morning and with a menu that looked so good, I didn't mind making a 40 minute drive. Everything sounded wonderful but whenever I see somebody making corned beef as a skillet, I'm definitely going for it however I was incredibly disappointed to find that they used canned corned beef and although it was very good, it was a huge let down. On the plus side it was massive so I was able to eat from it three times. The service was very, very kind and attentive.

Ambience was amazing, staff was great with good advice on the menu, and the food was to die for. Being from Florida, I love a good chicken and waffle. It's not on too many menus up north, so I had to get it when I came here. Juicy chicken and fluffy waffles.

Food is creative and very delicious. I highly recommend the pistachio pancakes. They were the star of the show followed by the banana fosters waffle. The Mexican skillet was also great. The server was friendly and very attentive. And the owner was also very nice. This place is BYOB and has decent parking options. The location gives updated diner vibes but really worth a trip for the food. Run here for brunch!!! Now!!

My dad and I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning and we got seated right away. Looking at the menu there were soo many options and it was really hard to choose - we ended up getting the classic French toast with sausage links, a side of home fries and the chorizo Benny. All of the food came out super quick and it was all really tasty and all the portions are huge! Next time, I definitely need to try one of the special French toasts or pancakes because they looked absolutely amazing when being brought to other tables.

But every door that closes gives us an opportunity to go somewhere else. Cafe Teasia this arctic Sunday night during the fallow holiday period was surely spartan ,modest in size and devote. There was a fellow with a backwards baseball cap on speaking with another someone far away on a laptop, mimicking the illusion of companionship. Another pair playing at the same human game we all play at was doing it in person as a couple or couple to be or two who were to have but these evening. The beau or fella was brashly loud which soon grew charming as I recalled when I used to try to wow girls with tales of meditation tricks and bragging I'd be dead in 2031 when the next Avatar comes out (or the equivalent in my time). So here I was coming in out of the cold playing the same innocent game for human connection. I wish I could warn him that her politely laughing may not be a good sign! Or maybe assure him it is - ah, but who knows what love is or indeed even what fun is. All i know was the last joint wasn't putting out any such vibe. Ah the severance. So I got two coffees to go because that's what coffees are for. But I also got my first ever "bubblentea". The mango bubble tea had these little pearl-like bubble balls that mash like tiny grapes in your mouth. Delightful candified moment. But here's what I'll always remember. The second i walked in, the cashier warmly greeted me and welcomed me with but three patrons here on a Sunday night - and the heat was out. She wore a coat. I didn't remove mine. Our breathe was nearly white but you know what? Not nearly so cold an experience as the last joint.

Being that this summer has been absolutely sweltering this year, soft ice cream always seems to be my dessert of choice on those unbearably hot days. This place in the middle of Westfield is very clean on the inside, really nice and luckily on the day we visited, there was nobody inside so we were attended to immediately. They have multiple flavors of soft serve ice cream, At this visit we decided upon the monster cookies and chocolate soft swerve swirl. We thought about their other desserts, but ultimately decided against it but the mason jar sundae looked amazing. The ice cream itself, the chocolate was silky and smooth and absolutely as soft ice cream should be. The monster cookies tasted okay, but was a little gritty for soft serve. Maybe this flavor would work better with some of their other desserts, but as stand alone soft serve, it just was not it. I've had monster cookie adjacent ice creams usually as hard ice cream, and maybe it works better that way. Overall, solid, definitely would try their other flavors and other extensive desserts available.
