So I call as it is 9:30am central time. Then your answering service says you are closed and to call between 8am & 8pm Pacific time. Then later in the same recording, your system says to call between 8 am and 8pm local time. Well it is 8:30 am where I live and 9:30 am central time. Yet the only person I can get on the phone is to BUY service and they can't help me. Your customer service is as bad as you internet service and I assume your internet service sucks since you can't even keep your time zones straight. I wish I could give negative stars!

I paid for their best service ($149 approx a month) and was barely getting 20 mbps if that. I could stream any video and even webpages wouldn't load right. I had their tech guy come out who flat out informed me their towers can't support the users so how much you get will fluctuate no matter what you pay. (sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen). AND THIS IS HOW GOOD IT IS WHEN IT WORKS! Lol I asked for a specific quote to buy my own space on the tower (dedicated fiber or something like that they call it). Didn't even get a call back. The worst customer service you will ever experience in your lifetime…read more Aside from 3 phone calls to tech support in getting this box to work, I have been plagued with billing issues from the time I signed up, They overbilled me multiple times, They're calls go to a call center in Santa Lucia I setup Auto pay successfully and on the next billing cycle they disconnected my service for non payment, my card was GOOD. They do this so they can charge a reconnect fee AND a late fee, $37 added revenue for them. I made my payment over the phone to get current, $152 and I have a confirmation #, 3 weeks after they decide to charge my credit card with Auto pay for ANOTHER $152, I hour on the phone and they wanted to roll it over in the next month, I said NO, I want my money that you stole. Now I have to wait 15 days for the credit to appear on my card. I asked to remove Auto Pay, CANT DO IT, they made it so complicated, that it would take months and several more phone calls to cancel it... Well I'm cancelling them, I'm taking their box directly to the office. As far as reliability, the internet goes out randomly at least twice a week and it takes until the next day to get it back... IT SUCKS!

What kind of WiFi service that does not pro-rate??!! Another issue, TDS does not honor what they said. When we first signed up, we were told our monthly bill will not go up, it will be " for life," that is the truth. But an email came last month stating that our monthly bill will be higher by $40.
