From the get-go, I had a good gut feeling just talking with Bill. We just "clicked". He was professional, courteous and took the extra step to drive by my home ahead of time so he could bring out samples of shingles in colors I might like. I appreciated that. I liked that Ascent was local. Being a Navy brat, I appreciate the company is owned/operated by vets. Bill answered all my questions and got my project scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and was done by just after 12:30PM. They were very careful to tarp above my landscaping to protect it. They worked quickly and efficiently.
