I did a quick call with Jenny before she babysat for us and I appreciated that she asked about our screen time policy and our daughter's interests. Jenny then brought relevant activities with her - for example, my daughter loved creating sticker art with Jenny. Working with Nanny's and Granny's was easy and simple. Their prices are a bit steep at $55/hour, but I valued the peace of mind that using a babysitter that had been vetted by a reputable agency brought. My mother needed to move back to the east coast from Las Vegas within a four-week window. Her home was filled with decades worth of collectibles. Ginger had to figure out how to move massive sculptures and a large collection of Orr pottery. After exhausting the supply of art dealers to help us with the packing of the pottery, Ginger said, " I can do this." And she did. Her packing of the pottery was expertly done. Every piece arrived in perfect condition. This was after the boxes were moved as many as 10 times, in and out of trucks, between different facilities in the cross country moving trucks. Aside from the museum quality packing, she was resourceful for every aspect of the moving process. Ginger organized the kitchen and closet boxes with a fine-tuned number system so that when everything arrived items were easy to locate. Ginger is a wonderful person to be around.
