Manny came out, took measurements, we discussed all of the details, I confirmed the promotion, and he said he'd have an estimate to me in my email soon. I got the estimate but it was missing a lot of items, so he said he would get me a revised estimate. After numerous attempts to follow up, and being told that I would be seeing something the next day and then never getting anything, I think I'm done. It's been over a month and I still haven't seen anything Apollo: you have my information. If you want to attempt to make it right like you are saying in your response, go for it. Send me what I have been asking for the last month and we will go from there. Follow up Aug 6, 2026: Apollo never reached out nor has anyone else from Nulook.

This is why I gave it a four star as far as the actual cleaning it turns out they offer some misdirection with the quote....you call for a carpet cleaning and they give you a quote for a carpet steaming, you find this out when they come to your house and let you know that if you want your carpet actually cleaned (with soap) it will be another 200 on top of that quote...very aggravating...he did a good job steaming the carpet I guess (not even sure how to tell the difference between a good and bad steam) but it does nothing for pet hair or anything like that.

He was easy to talk to, checked our wall where we want to mount the TV, and determined that the mount we brought from the store doesn't fit our wall. He uninstalled the mount and back bracket of the TV so we can returned to the store for a refund. He was able to sell us a full-motion TV mount from his van and easily mount it on the wall. We ended up having him mount our downstairs less than 40-inch TV too as a way to baby-proof from our 1-year-old. His charge is $89 for mounting both TVs and $161 for two full-motion TV mounts and patching the holes on the wall that were previously installed. Looking forward to more future projects with Tech Handy Las Vegas like overhead storage in the garage.

Our experience was they are very professional throughout the whole process, the craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional, and all their installers and finishers have pride and integrity in their work quality. Jalissa and Juan, the owners were a true pleasure to work with and makes us want to buy more homes just to have their transformative and beautiful stair systems installed. Juan went above and beyond duty to help us repair a special wooden altar from Italy that cracked in several places due to a change in climate from our move from LA to Vegas. We searched for months to find a way to repair it without success in finding a solution. It dawned on me that perhaps Stair Care could apply their woodworking talents, or recommend a solution. Juan offered to repair it after we explained how much the piece meant to us. That really touched us deeply, though we were slightly skeptical that he could accomplish the task because so many art restorers, cabinet makers and wood craftsman offered little to no solution. Juan and his team did a beautiful job and refused to accept payment.
