I stopped in on my way back home from a road trip and could not be more pleased. My friend got dipped powder for $40 and I got an acrylic fill-in for $25 -- unbeatable pricers for someone used to New York prices. We got our nails done for New Year's Eve, and were going to a friends house party. Unfortunately, one of my friends had a little to much to drink and I had to hold his head with his boyfriend while he puked in the toilet, shower, and bathtub. I helped clean the vom from all of these places, but then had to slap him awake so his boyfriend could cart him home. Later in the evening, my friend decided to invite her shitty ex-boyfriend to the party. We all hate him and can't stand to be around him, so naturally, I decided to leave. However, having had a little bit to drink my self, I angrily stormed out when her ex arrived and, on my way out, accidentally slammed my hand in the big, metal front door of the apartment. Closed it right on the nail bed, and it took a bit to re-open the door, so I was just standing there with my hand smashed in the door for a hot second. Since I had left with such gusto, I couldn't risk my pride by going back inside to take care of my injury. I tried to text my other friends to see who was ready to come home with me, but no one responded. One was getting laid. Lucky him. So, the only thing to do was to take myself home. Except it was 3 am on New Year's Eve, so I was not about to pay for an Uber, which meant taking three subways from Williamsburg to the UWS. The walk to the train was cold, I was in heels, and my hand had begun to bleed. By the time the L train arrived, I was cradling my blood-covered hand, and loudly sobbing, sad my friends had ditched me, and in pain. When I finally got to my stop, I realized I took the 2 instead of the 1 so I had to Uber the last few blocks home. Thankfully, it wasn't too expensive by that point in the night. When I finally made it home an hour and a half later, I was practically dripping blood and had managed to loose an earring. Nails still look perfect. Not even a chip. 10/10. This place is the best nail salon I've ever been to, hands down. From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately attended to by friendly, helpful staff. At least two sweet girls asked me if I had been helped while I was waiting (which was no more than 3 minutes). Then I was whisked away into a very comfortable, clean and stylish atmosphere where a nice women assisted me with a manicure and pedicure. she payed complete and full attention to me, and she was ask me how I am doing and make friendly conversation. she even offered me water to make sure I was completely comfortable! Normally when I go to get my nails done, the girls have blank expressions and I feel like I'm making them do a chore. This time was the ONLY time I didn't feel that way. They were very happy to help me, and spent a very long time nipping my cuticles and making sure my hands and feet were completely clean (which is a process that unfortunately gets rushed at other places). It was all for a very reasonable price, and I definitely will be going back to them exclusively and will tell all my girlfriends to head to this place! read more

I typically schedule my appointments with either Ann or Julia (but mostly see Ann) for my usual acrylic ombré refill and gel pedicure. Ann always gives me theee BEST service becauee she knows exactly what I want and does it the way that I like it! I will always schedule with Ann or Julia for my future appointments. The salon is nice and quiet. There have been times when I had to wait for someone longer than expected, but I understand that things happen. Most of the employees know me by face or name which is always welcoming! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are a little pricey, however conveniently located about 8-10 mins away from my home. read more

This is a great place with friendly staff. I have gone to a few different places to get my nails done but this is the best of all of them. Always very professional with new and creative designs. Have been going to Tee and Caroline for a few years and love the service. Always come away happy with my nails. When I travel I get lots of comments about my nails and about the unique designs. Travel an hour to get to the salon but wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable with a wide assortment of colors and brands of polish. I got a spa pedicure today and truly enjoyed every moment. The establishment is very clean. The decor, how your treated, and the complimentary drink, all leave you feeling like you were treated in luxury. My daughter had the Sunrise drink and I had the Blue Island - both of which were YUMMY! I also have to speak to Leely's skills in massaging my legs and feet. Where do I start? The salon is GORGEOUS and well maintained. Every one was very nice and engaging. I started with a gel fill and Tee did a beautiful job with my color. I then decided to #treatyoself and got a hot stone pedicure as well by the lovely Maria. OMG. Where has this been all my life? I felt like I was walking on a cloud when I left there last night. I had a great experience at this salon today! The aesthetic of the salon was gorgeous. The technician who did my nails was so kind and attentive. I didn't have to provide much input at all, she understood exactly what I wanted and executed the design perfectly. It was truly a seamless experience, and I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a beautiful environment! Despite all the reviews on here I had a great experience. The gentleman I had today was patient, professional and didn't cut me whatsoever which usually happens to me. Pedicure was phenomenal and his massaging techniques were awesome. I don't have any complaints and my nails and feet look amazing ! I got a Royal pedicure and a gel overlay. My nails are clean, simple and perfect but pedicure... 15 out of 10 recommend. It wasn't just a pedicure.. it was a full leg massage.
