They don't get every spec of dust or crumb and the windows don't always come out stellar. But if you point it out they will take care of it. Anything above that would be a detailing package, which also seems reasonably priced but I'm yet to try. I've also dealt with their customer service when I've called their website number. The lady was helpful, friendly and attentive. She made me feel like they valued my business. That encounter was a big reason I continue to go back.

I went through the car wash today, and immediately afterward, I noticed several scratches in the…read morecenter of the hood--some of them quite deep. The photos don't even capture how bad they truly are. I went back right away to speak with the manager. At first, he seemed polite and helpful, but it quickly became clear that he had no real intention of assisting me. Instead of addressing the damage, he kept making excuses, insisting that if the scratches had been caused by their equipment, they would appear in multiple spots. He repeated this over and over, to the point that I finally told him I understood--yet he kept explaining it anyway. I do understand that if a rock or debris was caught in their flaps, it could cause similar scratches throughout the car. However, I have a convertible, so the only large, flat surface is the hood. Despite this, he insisted I go through the wash again, and sure enough, ANOTHER scratch appeared. This time, he claimed it wasn't in the same pattern, repeating his explanation all over again. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. I love this car and take excellent care of it--it's NEVER even been in the rain because I keep it safely in the garage. I've attached pictures of the incident report and the scratches, but they don't do justice to how bad the damage really is. I think some of it might be buffed out, but unfortunately, many of the scratches are deep in the paint.

I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I will come back like on a Tuesday morning.

The "lane" that is open for that is pretty narrow, really only allows for 1-way driving, and it can be challenging getting into or out of those parking spaces.
