In front of them I took baby wipes and scrubbed away the spot myself, ruining my nail polish while none of them did anything to help. Next time, I will just go to the gas station car wash and pay for the $1.50 self vacuum station and I will end up with the same result for much cheaper.

The results are outstanding -- looks better than when it came off the showroom floor! The two gentlemen arrived one hour early, which worked out well. I went through the car wash today, and immediately afterward, I noticed several scratches in the…read morecenter of the hood--some of them quite deep. The photos don't even capture how bad they truly are. I went back right away to speak with the manager. At first, he seemed polite and helpful, but it quickly became clear that he had no real intention of assisting me. Instead of addressing the damage, he kept making excuses, insisting that if the scratches had been caused by their equipment, they would appear in multiple spots. He repeated this over and over, to the point that I finally told him I understood--yet he kept explaining it anyway. I do understand that if a rock or debris was caught in their flaps, it could cause similar scratches throughout the car. However, I have a convertible, so the only large, flat surface is the hood. Despite this, he insisted I go through the wash again, and sure enough, ANOTHER scratch appeared. This time, he claimed it wasn't in the same pattern, repeating his explanation all over again. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. I love this car and take excellent care of it--it's NEVER even been in the rain because I keep it safely in the garage. I've attached pictures of the incident report and the scratches, but they don't do justice to how bad the damage really is. I think some of it might be buffed out, but unfortunately, many of the scratches are deep in the paint.

The first time I went to South Riding and got an exterior wash, I turned left and went through the interior cleaning area. The guy seemed upset even though there were no directions posted. The second time, I turned the correct direction and got the exterior wiped down. However, they didn't apply the tire shine. I had to ask them to do it. Since I rolled my window down I now have streaks on the glass.

Even if we could order at the automated kiosk, apparently no one was even there to raise the gate. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out, but not before one driver moved the stanchions so he could drive away. Ymmv, but it usually bothers me that they hire a guy to read me through a completely automated process, reading me the choices, making my selections, and even swiping my card in the reader. I asked him if his sole job was to hold the hand of every mature adult with a college degree; he said that's what he's paid for. In effect, another living wage for doing nothing. I could tell the conveyor belt was faster than usual, and the results reflected it. My car was not completely dried, the inside glass was streaked, the outside glass was spotted, and in general a rather poor job. Seriously thought about going through the line again to make sure they did it right the second time, but my time is valuable and i had things to do.

I have been coming here for years and have seen the change from great to mediocre. Unfortunately…read morethe interior job seems to just get worse. Things are missed, not wiped down or vacuumed, windows look smudged in the sunlight. Details such as door hinges and edges are not wiped or cleaned. In the past when your car was cleaned an employee would inspect it and touch up the small missed details, bug stains on the outside, wipe down on the inside and only then call you to your car and THANK YOU! I purchased the platinum this Friday and came back on Saturday for an interior touch up. Very politely I pointed out to the manager on duty all the missed sand, dirt and dust and asked if they could just go through it one more time and get the interior done a little better. I immediately got push back that sand is hard to vacuum and if they blow the dirt out it would only get on the seats and then the seats would be dirty!? When I pointed to all the dust and that the interior wasn't even wiped down he turned and walked away looking annoyed. He grabbed a rag and a spray bottle and without a word started walking back. He looked so aggravated that I told him to forget it. I didn't need another half ... job. What ever happened to pride in a job well done and customer service.
