I was interested in purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from the area and I had asked Anthony if he would do a pre purchase inspection explaining I don't have history on the vehicle and it is for my daughter who will be getting her license soon. Anthony told me he was busy and that he could look at it the next day and would bill for one hour of labor but it would be a thorough inspection. I was happy I brought the vehicle to him as he gave me a list of items that were concerns and what repairs would need to be made. Anthony was nice enough to give me a lead on a Jeep that he knew would be up for sale and offered to inspect this one as well. I passed on the first Jeep on his recommendation and brought him the second Jeep which did need work but was in far better condition. I ended up purchasing the Jeep and brought it to his shop, the necessary repairs were made for a fair price. Anthony has a clean shop and employs several mechanics who work full time and support their families with their jobs. The shop is absolutely immaculate which demonstrates that they take pride in their work and work conditions. Anthony's has been in business for Approx 30 plus years. Anthony gave me confidence to know that the Vehicle I bought for my daughter was now safe and roadworthy for her. It has been a few weeks and I am happy to report the Jeep runs great. The last time I had an oil change they ran the codes and told me that I would have to get my entire catalytic converter and leaky radiator replaced or I would fail my next inspection, and quoted me $2300. So when the check engine light popped at EXACTLY the right time to cause my inspection to fail, I panicked and assumed that I would have to throw a ton of money at my poor little car to keep it street legal... ...enter Bradley's Auto Service, who diagnosed it as a simple exhaust leak. For less than the price of what AAA quoted me for the radiator alone they repaired the leak, replaced the radiator, and re-inspected the car (it passed this time, wooohooo!) in one afternoon. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over, having poor commuters get stuck behind me while merging on the parkway because it takes fifteen minutes to get up enough inertia to go the speed limit, or waking up the whole neighborhood while driving down the street. And the whole thing has stopped shaking like it's about to explode which is a nice perk too I guess. Thank you Bradley's Auto! I am eternally grateful for your honesty and efficiency. Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.

Quality is decent and they will do the stuff you need. The location is great and fixes and things can be done easily with no issue. I had my tire sensors changed and it was done in minutes. Tire was not holding air because it was mounted incorrectly. They jacked my car up outside. I stopped at another tire shop on the way home and they fixed it has when I called. They said they would not do anything to help me and left me stranded on the side of the road. A few days later, I go to add windshield wiper fluid to my car my hood has no handle to open it anymore and it's sitting in my door. Whoever did my oil change here broke it off and threw it My car was 100% intact when I dropped it off here Avoid this company at all cost.
