Do not go into this business. I dropped an evening gown for a very small alterations to shorten 2 straps. It's a blue dress. When I came to pick it up, one strap was done with black thread, one with blue. What kind of seamstress would use black on blue? I asked for it to be re-done. Next day, it wasn't fixed and the guy was so rude! He had no idea if it can get fixed before holidays and literally trew the dress in my face, telling me to get out of his store. I have been a customer of TLC Cleaners in Westlake Village for over 15 years. Adam and his family have owned it probably for the past 10 years. I have experienced nothing but outstanding service from TLC. Whether it's picking up or delivering orders in a timely matter, re-cleaning items with stains to make sure that they are perfect, or just making sure everything is done in time... they are courteous, efficient, and conscientious. I even sent my sister there recently who had been using another cleaners. The other cleaners attempted to clean a very expensive silk dress of hers and the colors bled. I brought her with me to TLC, and Adam said he would try his best to fix it. And sure enough, he made it look brand new again! I cannot highly recommend TLC enough! 10 out of 10! read more

What an amazing establishment! I found this place on google looking for cleaners that are well-rated and fairly priced. I am happy to say that the employees here, especially Adam, go above and beyond to make sure their services are done right. I had a Lakers jersey that was completely ruined and I brought it to them out of desperation. Mind you, I had scrubbed and washed it by hand with multiple products, and unfortunately I couldn't use bleach. Not only did they get rid of the horrible blue stains that wouldn't come out, but the overall jersey is a much brighter yellow than it has been in a while. Ripped me off. I brought a dog bed in to be cleaned. The woman at the counter told me $15, which was worth it at the time. When I came to pick it up the man at the counter told me it was $50!! I can clean this bed for $7.50 at the laundromat. Total scammers. Do your self a favor, go elsewhere. read more

Too bad I can't speak about the quality if their dry cleaning service because they switch and bait customers. I found an ad online for 30% new customers. When I presented this coupon that you can see below, I was told that it is five items minimum even though the ad does not say this. The woman was very rude and also quoted me a higher price for the dry cleaning items than what was discussed over the phone. They said dresses are $17 and when I arrived they went up to $22 per item which is exorbitant for dry cleaning. I might as well buy new clothes, these are very simple dresses just to be clear. I found them on Yelp and thought I'd give them a try based on the positive reviews. They took great care of me, mended my coat and did not even charge me for that service, then gave me a discount for my first dry cleaning in which they got out every single stain. I was under the gun to get my girl's wedding party dress pressed. TLC came through even in a pinch

I dropped off two formal dresses for alteration. I was spoken to quite rudely and repeatedly body shamed in the fitting process. I waited over a month for the first dress to even be started. After keeping the dress(es) for over a month. I received a call notifying me they didn't want to do the alterations. The front desk lady continued to offer negative comments and advice while also making the excuse that i: It was her poor language skills". Personally I believe it has more to do with a lack of business etiquette, integrity and common sense. Would NOT recommend this facility!!!! Stay away from this cleaner. If you have a coupon the price will go up, than they discount. Go to another cleaner and they really CLEAN your garments. God forbid if there is do over, even though you may have mark the spots prior, you will get treated like a criminal. I began using them recently after discovering my former dry cleaner washed my "dry clean only" pieces which shrunk.
