Ben impressed us so much with his attention to detail, responding directly to how our guests reacted to each track, seamlessly transitioning to the next, feeding into the vibe while still surprising us with exciting twists and turns. As emcee for the night, Ben couldn't have been more professional. His announcements were clear, even the difficult names were pronounced perfectly, and every music cue during our cocktail hour, ceremony, cake cutting, and reception was perfectly timed. Ben provided us with very easy-to-follow instructions to help him shape our night. His communication with us was crystal clear; we knew exactly what he needed, and we trusted him to carry it out. We met with him a few times over Zoom in the year leading up to the wedding, and he worked directly with our wedding planner, who recommended him, nailing every detail and request made along the way. I was never once worried or anxious about our decision to work with Ben and Remixologists, as it was very clear he understood exactly what we were looking for, and he was friendly and confident throughout the entire process. What she initially said to you was not a big deal - she answers ALL of my emails, contacts the majority of my clients and i really don't have to explain WHY my wife works at OUR business - thats insane .. Here is my response to your complaints as follows .. #1 - Our TVs are 55 inch TVs on 5-6 foot truss stands - no they do not rotate as most of them don't .. It is not our fault or liability if the way the room is designed in conjunction with how our TVs are set up that guests can not see them - we have actually NEVER had this complaint EVER !! #2 - 2 business cards on the table is not our fault if someone puts them there. ALSO, your complaining about 2 cards? Why would my DJ leave 2 cards there - i never did that in 30 years of business - sorry this so offends you .. Also, you can not tell me I CANT bring my cards into a venue .. IN THE email you stated a DJ isn't supposed to have cards at a wedding what if someone asks for them .. EVERY DJ company brings cards .. theres no LAW .. totally ridiculous .. IF you tell this to anyone they will laugh .. DO YOU think this is my first wedding I've done .. this is my lively hood .. #3 - We were given by you a numerous page "thesis" of one big run on sentence of all requests .. requests of things we never experienced or heard of in 30 years .. We couldn't even make out half the things you meant. I can't help it if people didn't want to get up and dance with your sons line dance .. We CANT force people to get on a dance floor. #4. The crew sent to your event has been in the business for 20 years and one of the DJs is also a music producer in NYC .. we use them for numerous events and have never received a complaint only praises of how excellent they are. #5. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS .. YOUR SERVICES WERE RENDERED .. MY TEAM CAME ON TIME, DRESSED PROPERLY WITH THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, FOLLOWED ALL THE SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS CAKE CUTTING, ENTRANCE SONGS, SPECIAL DANCES, TOOK ZAP SHOTS, PLAYED YOUR MONTAGE & PLAYED MUSIC. #6. Don't black mail me by saying I will take down the YELP post and never post again if i give you your money back .. Your QUOTE "Once we AGREE and finical restitution is cleared, I will remove my Yelp post and all of the screen shots and will rewrite the review. or not, I will leave this to your discernment " #7. DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER ON YOU? WHY BECAUSE YOU TOOK PERSONAL INFORMATION AND POSTED IT OF MY WIFE WHICH YELP FOUND TO BE A VIOLATION OF THEIR GUIDELINES WHICH IS WHY THEY TOOK IT DOWN .. #8.
