They say they offer free vacuums. I through and pay 25 for a Carwash. No vacuums at all. Called and was told they were not using them due to COVID-19. The keypad used to pay is in operation? All other Carwashes are using them, I had to go pay extra to use one. You pay a higher price for "free" vacuums after the wash. If they aren't working, then put a sign up and lower your prices. The little boy hung up on me. They advertise free vacuums, I didn't get that or customer service so I'm disputing my charges. Done. read more

My husband and I come here every single week. We have never had an issue until today. The absolute rude, condescending, and flat out terrible worker today was too busy fixing his AirPods and being rude to everyone to help guide me into the car belt. Then, had the absolute audacity to come back to my car and be rude to me that I wasn't "straight" enough. Then, called me a bitch when I asked him to just guide me in. It sucks that one bad experience will leave us never coming back because if the owners hire him, they clearly don't care about their customers experience. Do not recommend unless you'd like to be called a bitch for asking for help. read more

(This car wash is in Moore, OK) Last time I was there and paid for the "dry and shine" it did not work at all. Today, it worked on the passenger side. :( I guess I should have expected it. Will never go there again. I will have to say that the attendant did a great job. The second vehicle behind me, a 1/2 ton RAM, could not get out. The door would not open. All of the vacuum's have little to no pressure to suck grass and dirt. This is one of the worst car washes in Moore. I won't be using this place ever again and I recommend other people do the same. read more

Went to TLC Express Car Wash this morning to get my car ready to be appraised for trade in. I have been here before and always get great service and my car comes out looking like new. I did the $10 wash, which gets the job done, and utilized the free vacuums. I somehow vacuumed up a button for my Bluetooth! I went up to the front to see if we could get the vacuum stopped and try and retrieve it from the trash. The worker was so awesome! He came over, mind you it was getting super busy, and opened up the vacuum and found the lost button! I was so grateful. He didn't have to do this for me but he took the time to help me and went above and beyond. The unfriendly staff was unhelpful and yelled at me. The employee directing me in was extremely inattentive and continually checked his phone. Then the car wash shut off half way through, leaving soap all over my car. However the belt that forces your car forward continued to move while the exit door was closed, causing me to slam on my breaks to avoid crashing. I was then stuck in the rotation with no notice from the staff at hand. Will not be returning. read more

I've been going here for a while and have always been happy with the way my truck looks after. I've been out of town for a couple months and had tons of dead bugs caked onto my windshield and front of my truck. I went to several car wash's and they never got them off. The employee working there on January 31st at noon did a fantastic job. He pre washed and scrubbed/ power sprayed my windshield and the front of my truck for an extended time to make sure they all came off before I went into the wash itself. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I wish I had gotten the guys name. Anyway, I very much recommend this car wash for anyone in the area. read more

TLC Express Car Wash is just ok. I did the $10 car wash, which is the second cheapest option. The facility was clean and the workers were nice. While in the car wash (Approximately 1 minute 30 secs.) the majority of the time was the soap/"scrubbing" process. 5 seconds at the beginning to wet your car. A minute 20 seconds of soap and more soap and more soap. There was maybe 5 seconds of rinsing and because of the short rinse time, I still had soap on my car as I left the car wash. Also had a few small spots that didn't get wet at the beginning, thus the spots were a mix of soap and dirt. My car was definitely cleaner when I left, but I wasn't overly impressed. But it definitely beats hand washing! read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Paid for the $15 package and the $5 turtle wax add on. The entire package said tire shine AND wheel cleaner. Got out of the car and the Entire front end was dirty, my tires did not have tire shine, and there was dust all over my wheels like they didn't even get wet. Package also offered spot free rinse and there was hard water spots. Went to go ask for a refund and the young boy was the one who came out (who shouldn't have been there if you want to bring up child labor laws he had to have been 12) while the older one stayed inside. The young boy said they don't do refunds and then also proceeded to tell me they dont do wheel cleaner and they don't use the Turtle wax that is advertised on the menu. I pointed to the "wheel cleaner" that was offered and said "then that needs to come down if you don't really offer that or the Turtle wax that you don't sell, but advertise and charge people for". The boy look at my car and said "I'm not sure why the tire shine didn't work" and I pointed at the other cars that went through as well, and none of them had tire shine either. Tire shine is offered on all packages listed, so it had nothing to do with pricing. I asked for a manager and there of course wasn't one available and "I said well is there a phone number I can contact", and the boy responded, " I can't give out that information". I proceeded and said, " so there's no way what so ever to get a hold of a manager for customer issues?" And he answered no. Still no refund, even after pointing out the two false advertisements and even after the boy admitted to it being a bad job. Nice job with all your scams. I would have gave a negative rating if it was possible. I recommend the automatic wash off of S Western Ave. read more
