I took my dogs to get groomed at TLC grooming based on a recommendation from a family member. I have two small dogs that had previously never been to a groomer before and had only received home trims and baths. I was excited to have them done professionally. TLC Grooming did an excellent job! Heather groomed both our dogs and was awesome. I love how she took the time to do a first time consult with me and get a feel for what I wanted. I liked how the business is set up where the dogs are groomed at the front. All the groomers were working on other dogs and all the dogs looked happy and calm. That really made me feel like I was leaving my dogs in really good hands. When I picked them up, they looked so fresh and cute! They were also really happy and seemed relaxed which really sealed the deal for me about what a great place this is. I will definitely be coming back again and again to TLC Grooming. My parents have been taking their dog Mia here for over 10 years. She is feisty as hell even though she's small, so I was always impressed that they had no issues with her. She always comes home happy, clean, and smelling amazing. Because of this reputation, when I finally needed a groomer for one of my own dogs-- I took him here. He is a lot less feisty but can definitely be a party to handle. He also came back happy as heck and looking as dapper as could be. They are definitely the best I've heard of in Tustin, and as someone in the dog industry I hear a lot of horror stories. Have never heard anything but praise for TLC! read more

Marsha is the BEST and only groomer we've had for over 8 years. She's so gentle and caring and treats each dog as if it were her own. We just took our newest Havanese puppy, Stella, to her for her first grooming appointment. Marsha took extra time to let her sniff everything & slowly introduced her to grooming as she did with our first Havanese puppy when we got her. Took my mix breed poodle/terrier here today. We are new to the Salt Lake area and my pup was in need of a grooming. It was nice to have someone answer the phone and schedule an appointment in a speedy manner. I had called two other groomers, left messages and never heard back from either. Marsha is an amazing groomer! We have been taking our mini poodle to her for years and she always makes her look beautiful. She's creative and precise with her haircuts and is very aware of our dog's personality. We took Maverick here and they did a great job. We have taken him to other places and what we got back looked more like a rat than our dog. The groomer was awesome; was even able to glean his teeth...something we never would have thought he would tolerate. I cannot even begin to tell you what I think of these groomers. I have taken my dogs there for years and I will never trust anyone else. They are so kind and patient..and my dogs trust and love them...my dogs even come home happy. That is saying a lot. For me, id pay anything for that.
