From my consultation to my follow up appointment everything went great! Staff was very helpful the whole time. Answered any questions and I had a lot cause I have anxiety lol. I would 100 percent recommend tlc laser eye centers. All together I was there for like 1.5 hours between a little paperwork, waiting, talking to surgeon, and the procedure. I had LASIK done Friday, September 20, 2002 when I lived in Michigan. I have had amazing vision for 19 years now, and just recently started feeling like I can't see perfect anymore. I'm now almost 46, so it is to be expected. It has more than paid for itself, (and it was $2,000/eye back then! 19 years, no glasses, no contacts, no solution, no eye infections, no exams, and no hassles. It's truly life changing. The staff at this TLC was fantastic. They got us in next day for a lasik surgery appointment, super friendly and quick. We came from out of state and they were very accommodating for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The cost ended up lower than all the places we had gotten quotes for in other lasik centers. read more

Scheduling people are inept on the phone and the front desk when checking are not trained correctly. Whatever they are getting paid is to much. A robot would be better! Not worth the drive to Little Rock! Horrible experience. Here is a piece of advice listen to the patient! read more

A very positive experience. As an airline pilot my vision is obviously very important to me so I didn't take this procedure lightly. Every single person during the process was great. Everyone was completely professional and personable. I was also appreciative that they never tried to sell me on the service. They explained the risks, did thorough exams to make sure I was an ideal candidate and made sure I was fully aware of the healing and recovery process. I really appreciated never feeling pressure to make a decision either way. I would recommend TLC to anyone looking to ditch their glasses. read more

It is truly AMAZING to be able to wake up and not have to put on my glasses or contacts in order to function throughout the day. I had very poor vision since I was about 11 years old. I had to wear my glasses for a week everyday including at the gym (which was very uncomfortable) before my lasik consult and procedure, but it was definitely worth it. The procedure was quick, and a little uncomfortable for me and a little crazy is how I would describe it. I did not feel any pain, but I did feel pressure. That was expected and explained beforehand. I'm so fortunate enough to have been a candidate for lasik. I cannot compliment enough on how wonderful and professional the staff at TLC were. I have never had any type of procedures before, so I was just a bit scared. Dr. Watson and the entire staff were so kind and helped calm my nerves. Dr. Penick did an excellent job, and all the staff that were present during the procedure talked me through every step and helped put me at ease. I am now seeing 20/15 vision! read more
