I drove 45 minutes for my appointment, arrived just 9 minutes late due to traffic, and was immediately turned away without any flexibility or willingness to help. What made it even more frustrating was being told they were "completely booked," yet when I walked in, the place was completely empty -- not a single client in sight. Instead of trying to accommodate or offer a reasonable solution, they pushed me to come back three hours later, which is completely unrealistic after already making that kind of drive. The lack of customer service, understanding, and basic effort to work with clients is honestly disappointing. First impressions matter, and this experience was enough to ensure I won't be returning.

I normally don't like to complain but this place takes the cake. I went here in April 2014. The place looked really clean and nice. I needed to get a new set of nails and a pedi. When I went in the lady that did my nails was very rude and didn't do a good job. My nails came out crooked and when I tried to show her she said I didn't know what I was talking. Like I said, I don't like to complain so I let it be. Then while I was getting my pedi she looked at my feet, started laughing, said something in a different language and then looked and me and said I said nice color. I still left her a tip because I feel bad if I don't but I won't be going back for sure. read more

Love it! The most wonderful experience ever! The salon is so beautiful and clean. All technicians are so sweet and polite. The prices are very reasonable for excellent services that they provide. I love the fact that they use all OPI nail polish and even OPI powders for acrylic nails. I had a pedicure and full set done and I was totally happy. This is definitely a One Stop for all my Beauty Pampering. I'm going to be back for facial this weekend. Decided to take jasmine out for a manicure and treat myself for a pedicure. It took an hour and a half. Which is fine if you want to make it an all day experience. A little short staffed which made our wait time longer than needed about 20 minutes in spa chair before someone started the process. Overall ok experience. I've referred friends, brought my husband, and even my toddler is known here. Most of the staff do great work, and I've always enjoyed my visits despite the occasional scheduling delays. That changed this week. On Monday, I went in for a mani/pedi to get ready for the new school semester. I decided to remove my acrylics and let my nails breathe with a gel manicure. One of the gentlemen suggested I try an overlay, which I agreed to, but the tech must not have understood and only did a regular gel manicure instead. The pedicure, as always, was great, and the nails looked good at first -- but within 24 hours, three nails had chipped. By day two, five nails had chipped and one had a broken corner. I'm a full-time student, currently on summer break, so I hadn't done anything that should have caused this. I called Wednesday morning to let them know, and they told me to come in so they could fix it. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that day due to caring for my sick husband and toddler, but I went in Thursday. By then, I had two broken nails along with the chips. I explained that I wanted them fixed and also wanted the overlay I was originally offered, knowing it would cost extra. The tech reassured me they'd "take care of it" -- but at checkout, I was charged $45 (with a $5 discount for the mishap) on top of the $85 I had just spent Monday, plus the $10 tip I'd left then. That means over $80 in one week just for my hands. For someone who comes in every two weeks and brings in consistent referrals, I was shocked by how this was handled. It's disappointing, because I truly liked this salon and most of the staff are very skilled. But good business is about more than just good work -- it's also about how you treat your loyal customers when something goes wrong. Sadly, they've now lost not only me, but at least five other clients I've brought in. Photos of both Monday and today So sad since I liked my nails, this wasn't an issue with looks but with integrity to customers.
