So I called the dealership and spoke to a guy named Giovanni Rios. I made them an offer which Giovanni accepted on April 25th. So we made the deposit online. Then went to the bank and got a cashiers check for the balance. We told Giovanni that we would come from Florida the following weekend with the cashiers check and pick up the car. He agreed. On Saturday afternoon May 2nd my wife and I drove roughly 6 hours a little over 400 miles to Buford GA. Stayed in a hotel for the night. Then we got up and went to the dealership on Sunday morning when they opened. Giovanni was there. He told us that the car needed breaks, and some suspension work. But he was happy to have those issues corrected for us and have the car delivered to our home in Florida by Friday May 8th. We gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. For the next week I called Giovanni and some days he dodged the phone call, On the days that I did manage to get in touch with him he Lied repeatedly "Waiting on parts / Our shop is working on it / We will have it to you tomorrow / waiting on the delivery company/ We are loading it up for you" All Lies, I don't know if he even knows how to tell the truth. Finally after weeks of aggravation I we reached out to Marlon Canales the Autosphere CEO on May 16th. Marlon seemed to be a decant guy. He said that they found some other issues with the car and that he could have them fixed at our expense. We declined and requested our money back. He did send us back the purchase price of the car. The $600ish (Gas, Food, Hotel). dollars and the the time for trip itself were were just wasted. That of course didn't matter to them because it wasn't their time or money that was wasted. In conclusion if you find something you are interested in at this dealership, Have the car checked out thoroughly by a 3rd party mechanic, and more importantly DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF GIOVANNI'S MOUTH!

Purchased a 2018 BMW 530 from these guys a few months ago.. Before purchasing the vehicle I noticed…read morethe front drivers side headlight was different from the passenger side front light. I was told that it would be fixed by the time the paperwork was completed. A day or 2 later I went to pick the vehicle up and the lights appeared to be the same. After driving the vehicle for a week that same headlight went out. I was told by them that I would have to pay out of pocket to have that light fixed. Then I was told to take it a partner shop and they would fix it. That partner shop told me the whole entire light module was out of wack and needed to be replaced. The partner shop owner told me he had never seen anything like that and whoever said they fixed it put in a light that had no business being put in there. Saying it was the wrong color and everything.. Fast forward from July to October I'm paying over $5k for repairs for under the hood issues from the previous owners. From the looks of it these dudes are selling crappy vehicles just looking to make a buck.. Shop with these guys if you want but play at your own risk..
