Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great. Just wish there was a little more communication/information, but i would recommend them.

Tenant is long term and very responsible and was told which type of bathmat to use and how to clean the tub, which she emphatically claims she followed. The owner, Al, totally denied that the job could have been done incorrectly. A company that blames the consumer and will not honor their warranty should never be recommended or used.

WOW! DID I GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY JOHN W…read more I needed a modest amount of stain restoration on my kitchen cabinets. John quoted $1350 to restore the stain. It seemed high. However, John explained to me that he would have to dissemble panels from the most affected cabinets. He'd then take it back to his shop to carry out a color matching and refinishing process. I trusted John's explanation of the work required to do the job correctly. A year later, I was ready for him to do the work. When he began the job, I didn't see him dissemble any of the panels. Rather, he went straight to work with a mobile stain kit he brought. 3 hours later, he was finished. The work was fine. However, I paid $450 per hour for simple stain work. A quick Google search finds videos showing how simple it is to do this type of work. I should have been charged $50 per hour for the work he did, not $450. I have asked John to return $500. He has not done so. I will be filing a lawsuit against him soon. Don't make the same mistake that I made. Stay Away!
