You many rent a dumpster for about 500 bucks and they would throw the old flooring in the dumpster for you . Not only did they give me an estimate the same day I called, it was detailed and easy to read. My kitchen designer, who has dealt with many vendors, was extremely impressed with the customer service and the end product. She plans on using Reliable for her future jobs. I wish we listened to that review before it was removed and stayed away. They seem nice enough when you start a project but as soon as they have your money it's like pulling teeth to accomplish the job. Months of no shows, no answering calls, incomplete or wrong ordering, no reply to emails. I took days off of work because they say they will come and they don't show up!! The apathetic owners don't speak with the workers who schedule appointments to complete work and don't show up. When they do show up, they treat your home as if it is a construction site, they damaged so many things in our home; just the worst experience we have had with contractor!

They provided a clear…read moreprice, came when promised, rolled up the old carpets and disposed of them, cleaned the floors thoroughly, and installed the new carpets. Their prices are competitive and their workmanship was excellent. I was gratified at their care in cleaning underneath the old carpets. I dealt with Shariq, who also came by to do the measurement on his way home--I don't recall the names of the delivery/installation crew. There were two of them and they put in at least an hour on two rooms (empty of furniture). They did a good job with the closet and with the room border. I wish I'd taken photos of the edges, to show here.

We hired Carpet Place to replace the tile in the kitchen with laminate flooring. Unfortunately…read morethey did a poor job of removing the tile mortar causing "lumps" in the floor, We've lived (regrettably) with that issue, but one of the lumps has caused a laminate strip to stick up creating a tripping hazard. We reported the issue to CP. The cost to repair the issue was $300. We weren't thrilled about the cost to repair a workmanship issue, but decided to do it anyway. Initial response by the company was very slow. Once contact was made, there have been no-shows and unscheduled shows (homeowner not home). Frustrating. They seem to have a big problem simply scheduling visits. The rating is based on their sloppy work, poor attention to detail and scheduling deficiencies.
