*** AVOID *** had wiring done behind radio for a simple switched ignition source and a system tuning, but camera failures from the moment I left and called right away and let them know... Later on when I had time I went to Ford for (reputable diagnostics) and found a clipped wire taped back into harness for 360 cam signal. All in all costed me $1300 for the diagnostic, wiring repairs and reprogramming. They denied my claim even after talking to Ford on what they found. Went in looking for mud flaps. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. They are very unknowledgeable about their products. Afterward wrote a review on their Facebook page and the owner and his wife threatened me to take it down and continued to blame me for not knowing what I was looking for and told me I shouldn't even own a vehicle since I don't know what I am doing. I've had remote starters and footwell lighting installed there on 2 cars (all separate visits) and they do a great job! They sell all kinds of car accessories from stereos/speakers to tires/wheels truck bed covers, lighting and other accessories. They are fast and have a waiting area if you can't leave your vehicle plus there is a McDonald's a block away. The staff is courteous and their prices are reasonable and very competitive. read more

What I was shown to begin with, the speaker pods, is not what I ended up with. Instead of smooth plastic I now have speaker pods covered with bed liner. Which by the way is like sand paper on my custom seats. So I now ride with a piece of Ice Cream Pail between my seat and the speaker pod. Have sent two letters, one even had to be signed for to the co-owner and have not heard back. So I am taking that as they have their money and they don't care. If all Tintmasters are like this...well, last time I will use them. read more

I am very disappointed on how this establishment treats its customers. I scheduled an appointment to get my taillights tinted last week on Tuesday. Upon my arrival there was nobody to be found at the front desk for about 5 minutes. I told them what I wanted done and got replied back with negative attitude they told me they would go check if the tint I wanted was available in the back, the guy left and came back and told me it was they had it for me. I was told it would take 3 hours to complete I found this absurd , why would I schedule an appoint and not expect to be taken in or they could've told me so I could've planned a ride ahead of time now I had to spend money on an Uber because I was not trying to wait 3 hours. 3 hours go by and get a phone call by them telling me that they ran into an issue, that they ran out of film. I was mad how unprofessional of them to lie to their customer by first telling them they did have the film and now they ran out. Now I had to take time out of my day to bring it back in. I had to wait till the next following Tuesday. Tuesday comes by and they take my car right in I was told it wouldn't take a while that was a lie it took them 2 hours to finish the remaining 2 taillights I wonder what goes on behind those close doors must be a lot of goofing around the person that works front desk would constantly go back and spend 15 minutes back there I've witness a customer come in and leave due to waiting for assistance. Another customer came in and said that their stereo wasn't working properly hours after they finished the job I mean come on guys how very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They also did a poor job when they first tinted them that it was pealing off I told mentioned it to them when I brought it in the second time but seems like they only tried to push it in.
