It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). I called this company in a pinch on Monday to provide a flatbed tow on a 1996 911 Porsche. Let me start by saying I recently purchased this vehicle a couple of months ago and it was in pristine condition. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle, which shows that everything was in working order. Additionally, I did several modifications to the vehicle over the last month at a professional shop, such as putting on new exhaust, PPF clear wrap and various other performance items I have notes from the shop showing that the vehicle was in perfect condition. I have a very strong paper trail. I got a flat tire and the vehicle did not have a spare in it. I saw this company online which seemingly had a decent reputation so I called them for the job. They were able to arrive faster than the other companies and I was in a time crunch to get the vehicle to the Porsche service station in Westwood before they closed. The people that operate this company, including the driver, do not speak very good English so communication is a challenge. The driver was not properly prepared and was inexperienced with operating his flatbed. While loading my vehicle onto the flatbed, the driver caused significant damage to my vehicle, bottoming out the front and rear of the car, scraping the undercarriage damaging the tailpipes damaging the rear bumper. He then hooked the wench onto the under body of the car, improperly and severely bent the suspension. I documented everything at the pickup scene as well as the drop off point at Porsche service station. On the drive the driver was distracted texting on his phone, he claimed he was also a dispatcher and was working. We arrived to the dealership and the unloading of the vehicle was even worse. Luckily, the service workers were present as witnesses and the entire incident was caught on camera. One of the plastic footings he was using as leverage under the tire got wedged under my car and stuck, he had to use his jack to finally free the piece from under my vehicle, unfortunately the wedged piece caused significant damage to my quarter panel. From improperly using these plastic footings he severely damaged both rear quarter panels. Both the front and the back of the vehicle were scraped up from the offloading and he had once again hooked the winch underneath the car further damaging the suspension. The worst part of the entire experience was that these people said they would take responsibility for the damages, but they have been incredibly shady. Initially accepting full responsibility for their drivers incompetence and negligence, both the driver and the alleged manager, Nazim, profusely apologized to me and tried to barter with me to not go through insurance and allow them to pay out-of-pocket. As the days carried on they changed their tune and began claiming their driver caused no damage. They stopped answering calls, stopped responding to messages. I demanded that the owner of the company call me , As a business owner myself, if something drastic happened to a customer's product, I would be on the phone with the customer immediately. Instead, I was told I could not speak with the owner. These People have refused to share their insurance information with me, which is incredibly shady, I asked over 10 times both verbally and in writing for a copy of their insurance. Furthermore, they claim to be based in West Hollywood and they use an address at 1246 N Formosa, which is a duplex that they were tenants of over a year ago, they no longer have any affiliation with the address, I know this because I tracked down the owner of the property and called them and asked for information. I have now had to get insurance involved and these people are still refusing to cooperate, after saying they would foot the bill they will no longer release any information Without their attorney. Repairs are estimated at $30,000
