Upon arrival to the store, I was greeted warmly by Phillip, who was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and cordially responsive to a multitude of questions! I was initially there to conduct comparison shopping at the time; however, the availability and competitive pricing of products (e.g., cabinetry, quartz countertops & sinks) prompted me to go ahead and initiate an order with Phillip for purchase and installation accordingly. I especially liked having the opportunity to raise the height of the countertop backsplash from 4" to 5" and to order custom-made cabinets for the bathrooms if I so desired! The project from start to finish took approximately one month, and Phillip was diligent about providing intermittent updates. The installers, Jesse and Juan, were timely, organized, respectful of the property and noticeably competent. I appreciated the fact that NGKB owner, Allen--who also served as the project manager--took the time to QC the installation upon completion! A special shout out goes to one of the contracted plumbers, Beto, who went above and beyond by providing a high level of service and expending the quality time to ensure that everything was functional and operational!
