I went in for my first grill. They charged me 700$ for four bottom middle gold. I didn't know any better like a clown so i paid it. I noticed that certain parts were too thick, it hurt to put on and I couldn't talk right. They didnt offer adjustments they just said "its supposed to hurt" and showed me the door. I didn't even know how bad I got ripped off until I went to the plug in Richmond and got TWO grills of much better quality for 680$ total. I basically got robbed by TNB. Not happy about that. My first time getting grillz & I must say that it was a smooth experience. Only thing I can complain about is that they don't ever answer the phone & it is by appointment only. Not the best area in Oakland, you have to press a buzzer for them to let you in. I can't compare to any other shop, but I'm glad I chose to get mine here. I came in on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment. I would've did it over the phone, but like I said, they never answer the phone. The lady (I didn't catch her name), gladly saw me right away even though I told her I didn't have an appointment. She told me not to worry & her other appointment wasn't for another 30 minutes, so we discussed what I wanted. I paid half the cost of the grillz, then paid the rest when I picked them up. Fast forward a week later, I went to pick up my grillz, but they didn't fit my teeth quite right. She told me to give it a few days for the gold to soften down & it would fit my teeth. She assured me that if there was any problems, I can come back any time. Fast forward another week, my grillz still didn't fit. I came back to the shop, but it was an Asian man who saw me. I explained to him they weren't fitting & he gladly sanded it down or whatever he did. Two minutes later he came back, my grillz fit perfectly. read more

Fiance was itching for a new grill, so we came here he got fitted (3/19) . The guy (didn't get his name) was very nice guy, gave out suggestions even though my fiance wanted solids. Showed us a few unique designs for grills. pretty cool, never knew you could have wording on each tooth. He explained the quality of his shop and grills. He let us know it would take about a week, Luckily for my fiance he just had solids so the owner finished early. Picked them up on Saturday (3/23)... He left as a happy camper. :) They had some sales on some designs for those who want to go all out. beware of the dog, (s)he looks like (s)he would rip you up! lol read more

My boyfriend wanted a grill so we came here and got exactly what he wanted. The man behind the counter, Coco, is extremely nice and helpful. He has a bit of an accent so just make sure everything is how you want it before you pay. The store has a case full of grillz with all different kinds of jewels and colors so you can see all your options. He has a computer with pictures of stuff hes done already too. All in all, the experience was great, the end product was great, and I kinda wanna get one now. read more

At first I was a bit concerned with the not taking of a lower bite impression on a single canine cap. Because of my anatomy (I have Dental Laboratory exp.) I required some special consideration. Quality of the gold is on par ...perhaps a higher quality gemstone would be in order because after a month or two the edges seem a bit cloudy....but, I suppose that's what I get for not going with a genuine stone. ALL In all, though... the full grill designs are HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE. I plan on doing much more work through this spot for sure. Easy to work with and is willing to make minor adjustments and repairs as needed. Also, LOVE the fact that you supply your own precious material and have that turned into something magnificent. read more

This is a great place to get custom grillz and the owner really knows what he is doing. He has really cool deals and prices. He doesn't speak the best of english but I could understand him.
