I sent my watch to the Authorized Swiss Army Watch jeweler in Redwood City, Golden Time. *Opened *Fingerprints on Trainwheel, Bridge -Indicates there was pressure placed on Trainwheel -Restricts Trainwheel motion (jammed , unable to move at all) The Watch Hospital on Park Street in Alameda has refused for a year to pay me the $160 Golden Time charged to repair the damage. "Sue us." was the only reply I was given over the phone and in person at the store. Bad way to run a business.
