She is Korean, her English is limited, but her skills are first-rate, and in the age of Google Translate, we can all get through this together, right? I had an event recently where I had a (non-life-threatening) medical emergency while in her chair, and she was very concerned and caring and helpful. While we were waiting for the ambulance, she was wiping my neck and forehead with a cool damp cloth to minimize my distress, and that meant a lot to me.
