That is a plus for me. He has different packages you can book. I booked the clarity cleanse which included shampoo carpets and seats, steam cleaning and more. My Jeep looked a mess today and he did a fantastic job resetting the condition. This is a family business and so I met his wife today as well. From setting up the appointment to when Craig came out was an easy process. I gave him 3 cars to Quality Cleanse and let me tell you he blessed them all. He had to put in some hard work because the cars were pretty bad and neglected. Now I don't knkw which vehicle to drive because they're all so fresh and so clean. A few weeks ago I tried making an appt via Facebook for my small SUV. I noticed the description for a regular wash didn't mention vacuuming or wiping down the inside (another mobile car wash service I had used did include it) so I asked if it was included and, if not, how much would it cost to add. The response I got was "Of course not" The person then sent me the flyer with all the packages and pricing (which I did not see on FB) and said "I'm sure you can find that service for that cheap somewhere. Have a good day" and proceeded to decline my appointment request. What kind of customer service is that? I wasn't trying to get something for nothing....I even asked the price....and they just shot me down without giving me a chance to say yes or no.
