I had a specific dive…read morewatch made by aqua lung that I broke trying to replace the battery (tiny little very specific screws rusted and broke, don't buy aqualung dive watches). aqualung directly was useless and literally refused to help without going through a "dealer". divers direct with their *3* big locations REFUSED to help me as did every other dive shop in the area. The owner at Underseas Sports said he would take it to his aqualung rep for me. it took some time but he had his aqualung rep actually find the last of these watches around and got the screws for me. He then brought the watch to the dive watch doctor who fixed the watch with the screws he sourced then mailed it back to me. They saved a $500 dive watch that the manufacturer refused to support. I cannot thank the team at underseas sports enough. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

The yacht sails so smoothly that you feel instantly relaxed, especially as you are looking out the beautiful Miami skyline. There is a section on the front of the yacht that is cushioned where you can lay down and soak in the sun. You can also take some beautiful, Instagram-worthy photos ;) The yacht is also fully furnished, meaning it has even a freaking toaster oven, a laundry machine, and a bomb ass stereo systems to enjoy your favorite Spotify playlist. Hopkins-Carter was supposedly notified of this fact. What followed was two weeks of me having to pester customer service about whether a replacement shipment had been sent and when I could expect it to arrive. Customer service was slow to respond to my emails. Eventually I did receive my paint, but was surprised to find that the cans, which are not very sturdy, were packed only in bubble wrap and shipped in an over-sized box. Two of them were dented, and I can easily see why the first shipment was destroyed -- the packaging was inadequate for the task. So, I'm happy to have finally received my order, but not thrilled about it taking three weeks and two tries to get here.
