Second time here and kim has done my gel manicure twice now. For pedi two different people (today was done by Thai- and he was really good) & they have both been wonderful. Each time I walk in without an appointment on a weekday and they're able to see me almost immediately. Pleased with their work, in and out within and hour to 1.5 hours for both services -- so if you're in a pinch, this a great place to go to. Quality of work is always good and they're very kind. Damn, just had the worst dip and pedi in ages. They screwed up my nails four times before I walked out of that joint. Dude even messed up the direction of my nail, then tried to BS me that was how it originally was - it was perfect until he got his hands on it. Wasn't worth the $140 I blew today. Visiting from out of town and I saw TNT had pictures online of nail designs (that looked good) so tried them out. I went in, showed the technician my inspo pic and she seemed confident... After 2.5 hours sitting in the chair, came out with designs that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. My technician said about 95% of the way thru the appointment that the design was "really hard" and told me to look at my nails "only from far away," but didn't offer to do anything about it... There was also polish all over my fingers. My fault for not asking then and there to take the design off or for a discount, etc. but at that point it was the day before Thanksgiving and i had already been in the chair for almost 3 hours. However, giving them 3 stars because when i came back in after the holiday, they filed the designs off for no extra charge and I'm fine with my nails now. Long story short, I might trust this place for simple mani/pedis but would NOT ask for anything more complicated. read more

I really wanted to like this place. It was my first time here and decided to give it a try since I just moved to the area. I had previously given them a call for prices. As told: Gel mani $35 Regular pedi: $30 While my feet wear soaking in the water, Sugar stated it would be $5 more because buffing heels wasn't included. When looking at their menu with listed services, classic pedicure actually includes buffing/feet scrub/etc. I want to mention, I get a pedicure every month... so it's not like they were terrible. If this is a new thing, revise your menu and change it. Or at least tell your customers when they're inquiring about pedicure costs over the phone. I wasn't going to make a fuss over $5, but it was a shady move to get an extra $5. I let it slide. My shellac manicure didn't come out great I give it 2 stars because Helen, she did my manicure and was very kind but unfortunately, not much attention to detail. See photo attached. Don't waste your money or time. Since they're relatively new to the area I thought I'd give them a try. They charged me $40 for a 20 minute pedicure. He left brush strokes of polish on the tips of my toes, and didn't remove the callus from my foot, which I just noticed he charged me an extra $5 for. I have never had to pay extra for callus removal!!! He demanded that I pay the tip in cash or Venmo. I asked for change and he gave me large bills in return, as if to assume that I was giving him a 25% tip. I won't be going back! read more

. I had done a shellac manicure on Saturday, and my nail polish had come off so quickly that I had to go to the salon on Wednesday to repair it. But the lady who works there started to blame me because your nails are thin and I can't remove your nail polish and she was blamed for half an hour she made me feel bad about my nails and she used a big nail foil for removing shellac which is suitable for toes so she hurt my skin around the nails and unfortunately on later-day she hurt my skin and scratched it and blood is coming out so today I asked her several times please change it to a smaller one but She informed me that I could not work in this manner, so I informed her that I needed to speak with your manager. Worse, her manager's behavior is the same as hers, and they speak to me rudely and impolitely. I didn't finish my work there, so I left. Today I feel terrible because I don't know what to do when I'm in pain and don't feel comfortable. I pay for this service, and I want to enjoy it. As a client, this is my right. The staff at this salon are rude and unruly. I, my family, and my friends will not return to this salon. read more

Extremely unsanitary!!!!!!! If I could rate it no stars, I would. This was easily the WORST service I have ever received. I was nervous because I noticed some unsanitary items being used during my pedicure so I cut my manicure short. I'm just praying at this point I do not get a bacterial infection. They charged me $26 for a half ass pedicure with no massage & $21 for a manicure with no polish. When I questioned why it was so expensive, they explained it was because they removed my shellac. I was there for 20 minutes total & left paying more than I would have going to a much cleaner local nail salon & would have no doubt received better service. Stay far away! read more

I just left TNT Nails and was very unimpressed with their customer service. I had a manicure, and at the end of the manicure, there was a speck of something in my nail. I politely asked the tech if she could fix this, and she basically told me it would take a long time and that it was only one speck. She did not offer to fix this or provide any other solution. If you are going to charge $40+ for a manicure, I think you should provide proper customer service, not deny it. read more

Absolutely no sanitizing of anything between clients. Files, buffs etc are reused. My nail tech immediately jumped to me after her previous client and started using the same tools she just used on the previous person. Didn't wash her hands either. My tech doing the design said he could do the design I showed him but he totally botched the design. I had to get my nails redone elsewhere. The actual acrylic nails were done horribly. They were glued in to the sides of my nails and hand gunk underneath the nail. They were so painful and uncomfortable. Never going back. read more

I went in here for the first time and they were fairly busy, I didn't mind waiting until they could take me in so I could get acrylic nails. I'm getting my nails done by a younger woman, and my hands are sweating fairly bad, it was awfully warm in there. My hands also have a tendency to sweat more than the average person, but this was bothering my nail technician. In fact she mentioned to me that my hands sweating was bothering her... and then she began being rough with my nails. I am very self conscious already about it but the fact she had to point it out. I had to apologize for my hands sweating which is completely out of my control, and the whole situation made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was a little more on the pricier end, and all I did was get one solid color and coffin nails. I paid $45 dollars for dip nails, and subsequently spent $10 elsewhere so that they could fix them. Van did my nails, it took her one hour and a half to do my nails, she was rough and rude. I left there with tender cuticles, and bleeding from two different places in my thumb. I'm writing this review so that other customers know that my experience was awful and that I would advise them to think twice before going to this place. When I inquired as to the extra amount I was told they charge "extra" when you have them take off your shellac from a previous time.
