Wow. This place is amazing! The owner or manager (not really sure) helped us find everything we needed for our trip into the mountains. We were looking for luxardo cherries, but they had a substitute that was even better! We had a few items that they were out of, so they called around to other stores for us until they located what was on our list. I have never had a level of service that can compare. Brian and Kim are as amazing as all the other reviews claim. I live about two miles and a few other liquor stores away. I tried to go to the liquor store much closer to my home to only walk out empty handed and head to Toast. They really do make good use of their modest space, filling it with quality hops, wines and spirits. I've never walked out disappointed; however if I wanted to I'm sure I could pick up a six pack of Budweiser and get my sad on. read more

First off small location throws you off. Then you walk in, Wow, the selection is off the charts. There is a middle island dedicated to hard to find Bombers and 12oz bottles of local colorado, and otherwise breweries around the country. First time I walked in bought Dogfish head world wide stout, Avery Beast, Crooked stave sours, and a bruery bomber right off the island! And not to mention russian river consecration I didnt buy. Then once I finally moved to Denver I go about once every other week. Got Sucaba vintage from firestone walker!! Yeah Holy grail beers! And also Thors hammer barleywine 1/2 off! They have backstock not on shelves! So if you like vintage stouts like me, I got a 2013 Averys uncle jacob, At normal price! So in summary, go here on a whim if your in the area, if your in the mood for hard to find beers or normal craft 6 packs, they have those also! And wine! And liquor! Not only are they friendly and accomodating, but they also serve their libations 4 blocks away on the corner of 23rd and King at 23rd Avenue Sculpture Studio for their art openings! Shamas (one of the friendly employees of Toast) will be serving up the brew this Saturday night, May 9th from 7pm-11pm along with a selection of wines. Love this place! Friendliest staff in Denver. Their beer selection is outstanding and always rotating (they won't hesitate to dig in the back if you don't find what you are looking for in the coolers). You also can't beat their bomber selection!
