Dirty grits w/crab meat, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, onion and peppers and toast. Definitely a shareable dish!

We went to Toaste on Broad St. in Augusta, GA. What a great experience! The food was great, our server, Bre, was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. While they talked about the Martinez location, it was our understanding it is not open yet. I could not add a review for the Broad St. location but would highly recommend for brunch (served all day) and the lunch menu looked great. Definitely bring your appetite but to go boxes are definitely available.

Bre was a great host! Food was top notch and a gracious amount that I had enough for two people

This restaurant is so delicious and worth every penny you spend. When we walked in we were greeted and taken to a table. Everyone we spoke to was kind and grateful that we were there. We got the dirty grits and while it is pricey, you get enough for 3 people! I ate and ate and it didn't look like I made a dent. The sour dough toasted had real butter on it. I would certainly come back.

Happy Grits! Delicious doesn't do it justice. The flavor, taste are so savory. The presentation is so unique

I stumbled upon this place while driving through Broad Street by myself. This whole place was a vibe, from the time i walk in "The Hostess with Mostest" made me feel at home. There's soft R&B playing in the background. The mimosas were endless.(pineapple peach was my favorite) The food came out quick and hot. Those grits were amazing, cooked in some broth. The grits had a handful of shrimp, three fish filets and big chucks of crab meat on top. I will most definitely be back again sometime soon.

This was my first time here and we arrived at 1030 in the morning. It's a nice intimate spot with good music and vibe. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious and flavorful . We ordered the French toast platter was $25 and sweet and salty platter was $22 but nothing was salty about it. You cannot substitute anything on the menu. I ordered a mimosa flight with a pineapple base and cotton candy mimosa that they add actual cotton candy in it. I left very satisfied with a $85.00 bill.

Food was great! We had empty plates at the end of our meal. Albeit on the expensive side...You can get half a fried chicken with a Belgian waffle at Metro for 18.99 as compared to 30.00 here, which is a bit steep! Still the atmosphere is nice and the service was quick and friendly! A nice place to go to if you want to switch up your brunch rotation.

I have finally made my way to Toaste. Long overdue since I've heard raving reviews about the food and service from around the town. The service: We were greeted by a polite young lady that asked if we had reservations. We did not, so she politely advised that we do make in the future. A quick surveillance of the dining area before being seated found that there were only 2 couples seated at their tables. huh ok noted. Another young lady took our drink orders and asked if we had questions about the menu. We received our water fairly quick and then ordered. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and even made some suggestions. Food: The shrimps and grits were okay. The gravy or sauce was very tasty. It's what really made the dish. However, for $25 I expected much bigger sized shrimps. I thought the shrimp was overcooked. That can easily happen with it being so small. The grits were very creamy and good, but it was too much for the amount of shrimp it came with. I barely ate half of it. The French toast was overly buttered and soft. 1 small toast for $4 too pricey. Might have been forgiven if they offered at least maple syrup or honey instead of regular syrup. Overall, It did not meet up to expectation. A chair at our table was dirty and you can see the cook sitting down at a open door in the dining area cooking. And to top it off we were charged $1 each for tap water.

After hearing so much great things about this place we were finally able to go try it out when we had family visit for a weekend trip. I absolutely love brunch so I was excited to try this place. We arrived early afternoon and were happy that we didn't have to wait long and got a table right away without a reservation. I must say the moment we entered and were greeted by the host and felt kind of an off vibe, she could have been having a bad day but she wasn't smiling or upbeat, she did our temp checks and hand sanitizer stuff which we were cool with then seated. It took a while for our drink order to be taken then another while to actually place our orders we were not recommended anything. We had to ask multiple times for things like straws and utensils as well. Yet, when the food finally arrived it was DELICIOUS! We all enjoyed our meals and portion sizes. The restaurant is lovely with nice decor I would probably recommend nicer chairs and the water in the vases on each table to be cleaned out. Other than that it was all ok in my opinion. I will try again soon and hope for an EXCEPTIONAL time! You know it's hard at times most people can't get out a lot, they are over worked and stressed and have crazy lives, when we finally can get out to enjoy family time we want a happy experience. I would say just giving everything and everyone a little extra attention goes a long way!

With these prices and service, they can't survive. Nobody's going to pay $25 for shrimp and grits on Broad Street in Augusta with store-bought coffee and a crappy ass coffee maker. They were not very welcoming or inviting when I showed up 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open I understand the times are what they are but in this environment what we do is we try to include people more than excluding and I truly felt horribly excluded even when I was told that it was only going to be two more minutes and I waited 4 minutes and they still turn me away did not invite me in did not allow me to stand inside the building out of the Sun. It's those little things that you do to make people feel wanted that make people want to want you. In addition, i do NOT need to hear the staff yelling from the back of the house every 30 seconds as I'm trying to enjoy my experience. Nor do I want to hear a cheap sound system booming bass at 9 am with my coffee and meal!! On the upside the ambience and decor is very nice.

Our server was a great girl. She knew we were gonna sit there for a while amd catch up. And she knew that we wouldn't really have a very big ticket. I knew it too, and i'm a big tipper. The first guy was complaining he was waiting already 30 mins for his 830 pickup order. I was told my order just came thru because I chose 9. Uh, 9 is the pickup not when I expected them to get the order. 40 mins later I came back and nobody acknowledged me for 10 mins. I asked someone and they said it still wasn't ready. Then someone a minute later asked me what I was waiting on and it was indeed ready and the first person just didn't check because I saw it there the whole time in the back counter. Ordered the waffle sandwich and it had zero taste and 2 strips of bacon that were severely undercooked. My daughter got the Classic with home fries and they were soggy, and the toaste wasn't toasted at all. My wife got the creme brulee French toast and was telling me it tasted like lemon. Yep, she bit into several lemon seeds as they didn't even take care not to get them in the food. Never again.

When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review!
