She rolled her eyes at me and was irritated cause I said I wanted to literally PAY THE PREMIUM for the sauce in the shake. She re-made them and I found a long DARK hair in my shake, not mine cause I have blonde hair. What the heck is wrong with their customer service if this person claims to be the MANAGER. Ridiculously RUDE! The rest of the staff are always sweet. I was the only customer in there. And if you claim to have "premium shakes" put it on the menu. Not my fault you have a secret menu??? Great, next time they'll spit in my shake for making this review since I'm a loyal customer who comes here weekly strictly for the shake. Also- how can the sauce added to the shake be considered a premium shake but then in the next sentence I'm told the sauce is only to be used in the Dubai shake.
