This entire experience lacked compassion professionalism and honesty. The event was 2/11/23 today 2/16/23 was the first and ONLY time she communicated to me and unfortunately sent out email with false accusations and only offering a BRUNCH in which I advised on the call I am not interested in that I want a full refund.
