My sister lives back east and showed me an açaí bowl that was pina colada inspired and I immediately knew I had to find one. So color me surprised when the Cocolada bowl came across my instagram feed. I checked the location and headed that way. This place has a very cutesy vibe going on. It's really clean and fresh inside. Has lots of white and greenery throughout. The lady behind the counter was nice enough when I placed my order. My first impression was it doesn't have a lot of toppings so it should be easy to eat which was true but I didn't love the consistency of the base. It melted too quickly and it had an almost alcoholic taste to it? I wasn't a fan of the shaved coconut or the granola with the pumpkin seeds either. I will give this place another shot but I will try the original acai bowl the next time.

This was my first time stopping by and I grabbed a coffee. The staff was very welcoming, gave me some time to look over the menu, greeted me as soon as I walked in and checked to see if I had any questions. Service was excellent, ample seating and very cute inside. Only thing was my coffee wasn't the best, I ordered a vanilla iced latte with almond milk but wasn't sure if it was forgotten as it didn't taste anything like vanilla. The color of the coffee indicated it was going to be perfect just missed the vanilla flavor. They have non-dairy milk alternatives (.75 cents extra) and flavors added to the coffee you can choose from include lavender, chocolate, vanilla, cardamom (.50 cents extra). I hope to stop by again to try a different item as I was very thankful with their service.

Quite yum! I enjoy the vibe of this place. I've been 3 times now and I'm consistently amazed by the fresh juices/smoothies/açaí bowls/toasts. My favorite toast was a summer seasonal chicken salad one, super tasty! It would be amazing if it was the all year round. Seating is limited but never really an issue and your food comes out fairly quickly. I feel like I've eaten clean and healthy after each trip. It's worth visiting!

Stopped by Toastique in Bakersfield and wow -- this place is amazing! I got the spicy crab toast and a charcoal coconut water, and everything was super fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they use really good ingredients. The toast had the perfect mix of spice, crunch, and freshness. Staff was friendly and the place has a chill, clean vibe. I seriously wish they had one where I live because I'd be there all the time. Definitely a 5-star spot!

Finally tried Toastique and it was amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. I ordered the Spicy Crab Toast, which was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat, super fresh, and very filling without being heavy. I also got the Balance juice, which was refreshing and clean, a great compliment to the toast. My mom ordered the Tuscan Tuna Toast, which she said was fresh tuna, great flavor, and really well seasoned. My mom ordered one of their smoothies (can't remember the exact name), but she loved it. The atmosphere was clean and modern, the food felt high quality, and everything tasted thoughtfully made. This is such a great addition to Bakersfield, especially if you're looking for something fresh but still satisfying. We'll definitely be back!

Got the pb crunch latte and the ginger berry smoothie. Both were very good, wanted a bit more pb taste with my latte, only got a hint of the pj and the raspberry jam. Smoothie was good. Love that the had a great amount of options

Let me start of by saying Toastique is a beautiful, trendy establishment, and their food presentation is on point! I ordered a lavender matcha latte and it definitely tasted fresh but I wasn't the biggest fan. I felt like it lacking flavor. I also ordered the 3 Cheese Italian toast and this would have exceeded my expectation if it didn't have so much salt on it. I'm not sure if it was just an off morning and they accidentally added wayyyy too much but if it didn't have that overpowering the dish it was very good. I will give them another try here in a couple of weeks. The employees were welcoming, the establishment was clean and I felt like they just missed the mark. So I will be back and hopefully will be updating their score. Good luck Toastique!

I went there at my wife's suggestion. This place seems to be all about healthy living with all kind of drinks for detox, boost, and all that stuff. How is it for lunch? Overall a casual and clean vibe in term of decor. The manager was super friendly and helpful. The food came quickly. I got the Smoked salmon toast. The base is a crusty, large toast, smeared with rich cream cheese, then cucumbers, salmon, and capers. The cream cheese is definitely interesting, tasted like goat cheese, very nice. The smoked salmon is high quality, not the bright orange stuff with artificial color. The portion is good enough to feed a grown man. Very good indeed. I had their latte, which was very well made as well. I will definitely make this a frequent lunch spot when I want to eat healthy.

The place is stunning inside and very open. The smoothie was pretty good and fresh. It was a smoothie the cashier recommended and glad I got it. The iced lavender matcha was like drinking straight lavender syrup with milk. It was overpowering and just felt like my money was wasted buying one. They have an array of food and juices and would be back to try more juices and smoothies. Very disappointed on the matcha unfortunately.

Beautiful presentation and good toast! Toastique has high ceilings and nice, bright lighting. I especially enjoyed the decorative touch of bottles filled with pothos plants propagating throughout the space. Ordering at the counter was straightforward, and finding a table to relax and savor my toast was easy, thanks to the ample seating. I opted for the Smoked Salmon Toast, which impressed me with its balance of flavors. The generous portions of smoked salmon and other ingredients showed their commitment to quality. It was just the right amount to satisfy me for lunch. Alongside my meal, I couldn't resist trying their pressed juice, which was refreshing and complemented the toast nicely. The staff were not only approachable but also friendly, adding to my experience. I'm already looking forward to returning to Toastique to explore more of their delicious toast creations!
