I'd seen Nour Bar on Yelp recently and decided to try it out after seeing their Valentine's menu on IG. I ordered the Matcha Made in Heaven + the Hot Honey & Bacon Melt for myself as well as a couple of the Banana Cream Lattes and Mango Chia Pudding to go for my family. (The staff gave me a discount card for the wait time so I decided to use it to get the other drinks and pudding). Despite the Valentine's Day drink not looking like the photo advertised online, the drink itself was unique and tasty. The textures from the strawberries and cheesecake added to the drink were fun and the strawberries tasted perfectly ripe. The matcha was slightly earthy and sweet. The sandwich was filling and the mixture of cheeses with the meat was fire. It would have been even better with some avocado or greens added. My family said their lattes tasted like fresh bananas ~ they really enjoyed them. They also liked the chia pudding with Greek yogurt that tasted fresh and almost dessert like. Everyone here was friendly and accommodating. There's space for about 10 or less people to sit somewhere, but they had music going at a decent volume and a lot of ambient lighting. The concept of mixing supplements with the cafe is unique. Overall, I would highly recommend you check out Nour Bar. The drinks and dishes are made well with fresh, healthy ingredients and they taste much more flavorful (& not overly sweet) compared to most cafes in town. I'll be back!

Nour does it every time! It went from a supplement store to a protein smoothie bar to a coffee shop! & you know what's the best part!?!? it's all 3 in 1 now! The employees are always friendly even after they call out your order they'll ask if you need modifications to your drink they will gladly modify it. They have a nice seating area I usually chill in there for a bit before heading out. The drive across town is worth it every time

Found the spot through a quick Yelp search of nearby coffee spots. It's actually inside of a sports nutrition store, but they sell much more than just green juices and protein shakes! Their coffee and matcha menu sounded great so it was difficult to choose. I really enjoyed my banana cream latte! I liked that they use real banana here too, and it really hit the spot for an afternoon caffeine fix.

It was a little confusing that the cashier asked me if wanted to add double or triple matcha because they were using different terms for it. The place was a little small but had a cute mirror and a bunch of protein products. Matcha was good but wish the cups were bigger for how much we paid. I think it was like $7-$8 for our drinks.

Place is cute, chic. My boyfriend loved the vanilla dream smoothie. He said it was the best smoothie he's ever had. I was jealous because I didn't get to try it, but we made plans that when we drive through Bakersfield we'll be stopping here. They sell nutrition products too! They had small baggies of products (samples maybe?) on their tables, but not sure if they're free. The staff greeted me. I liked the music they were playing too. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I want to try their matcha too.

Initially, I almost didn't get to try it because I was unable to find the business, but after reading other reviews, I found that it was actually inside of the supplement store across from Carl's Jr. They have protein powders and other products for what I'm assuming is fitness and health related, it's a small cute little store with a friendly team. I got the banana Matcha, which came out pretty quickly despite others being head of me. Off the first sip. It tasted a little like a protein style drink, which may have just been because I got oat milk, but the overall taste was super good! Anything banana I'm obsessed with and I would get this again if I was in the area.

Loved this place, small and quaint but definitely deserves more recognition. Matcha's starting to grip Bakersfield and it's great. The flight is off the menu but I requested and they obliged which is great. My favorite was the einspanner and the horchata! The banana I think is an acquired taste but the banana chip was a great add. The strawberry puree is a little difficult to mix so you'll need to put in some time stirring. Great place and wonderful staff!

Delicious matcha and caramel macchiato! Located inside a sports nutrition supplement store towards the back, extremely fast service and super sweet girls working there. Would love to return!

Hidden in the back of a plaza/nutrition shop? But coffee and matcha are pretty good here. You can get double scoop of matcha or a single scoop. I ordered the horchata matcha. Pretty good. Very clean inside. Staff also nice and welcoming. read more

This little coffee spot is inside a supplemental store, located towards the back of the shop. It's in the same shopping center as Carl's Jr. and a few other retail businesses. The space itself is pretty small with very limited seating; I've been several times and my go to order is the Vanilla dream protein smoothie it's smooth, filling and doesn't have the chalky protein taste. The banana match is another favorite. Drinks typically range from about $7-11. I've also purchased protein powder and their magnesium complex here. The supplements are on the pricer side. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. Overall, if you're into protein coffee, matcha, or wellness products, NOU Bar is definitely worth checking out. read more

Best matcha and food!! I had the banana and matcha drink, which was lovely. Really appreciated that I could choose match levels. my sons got a strawberry bliss smoothie and the berry collagen smoothie. Both were delicious. We also grabbed to go dried mango and a lemon/ berry yogurt, which were amazing. We'd been driving all day, going from Yosemite to Ventura and stopped in to get snacks. I couldn't look at another piece of candy or junk food. I wish we had a Nour Bar in Bend, OR. read more

Stopped by Nour Bar in Bakersfield and tried their banana cream matcha--it was so good. Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. You can really taste the quality of the matcha, and the banana cream adds a nice, unique twist. The spot itself has a great vibe, and everything felt fresh and well made. Finally got to check this cafe out! It's located inside of a supplement shop. They had a flag out front so it's easy to spot! They offer a variety of coffees, matcha, smoothies, and small bites. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was great! The espresso was strong but not overwhelming and the drink had the perfect amount of sweetness. There isn't much seating and there's not much space to do work so it isn't a place I'd linger. If you're in the area and want a great afternoon pick me up I'd definitely recommend! read more

**3.5 STARS** The drinks look appealing, so I wanted to give them a try. We got the most popular drinks: the vanilla dream and banana matcha. The banana matcha was decent, but not my favorite. I realized I'm not a fan of vanilla protein powder or just the protein powder taste in general. My partner liked it, though. I would like to give the other drinks a try. They are more costly than normal, but they are more healthy (still cheaper than Erewhon smoothies lol). read more

Okay this is a hidden gem!! It's so cute inside. I do with they had more seating and a bigger space. The workers are friendly and helpful! Came in when they opened on a Sunday morning excited to try their matcha flight. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I was hooked and would love to come back to have full size of their matcha, and try their smoothies. The matcha is definitely high quality and provides an authentic flavor of what a matcha latte should taste like. Perfect ratio of sweetness & earthiness. Everything about this was perfect! read more

This place is a nice vibe. I was serviced by Leslie and Kelsey. They were great help. I let them know I was vegan and they answered my questions and even gave me some suggestions. I'd love that that will definitely make me come back again. You don't always get good customer service. The horchata matcha was suggested. I got it with oat milk. It tastes wonderful. It's a nice balance, and it's over ice, perfect for a hot day. They also have juices, which i initially went for however, those have to be pre. Ordered the day before, I think I may do that. I would definitely recommend this place and I'll definitely be returning. They also sale protein powders, vitamins and nutrient also supplements. read more

Nourbar was created in 2025 by the owner of Prime Sports Nutrition, who has always been passionate about health and wellness. I dont rate places often. Came to Bakersfield for a small trip to see someone, been drinking Einspanners all year. I'm from Ktown so theres a LOT of crazy famous Einspanners. But man, Bakersfield you're LUCKY to have this here. Amazing amazing latte they make here. Clearly thought out ingredients that mesh well together which is the whole point of an einspanner. 6 stars, heres the honest review you asked for owner ;) read more

I have tried the smoothies, avo toast, matcha and iced lattes. By far my favorite is the lattes (banana cream latte) though everything I've had has been exceptional. I absolutely love this place. The cookie butter late is so good. You have to try it! I love that they incorporated healthy and nutritious drinks, coffee and food with proteins needs for your pre or after gym workouts. And your ability to purchase both in the same location. Please open up a location in the Bay Area. read more

I stopped by today and tried the Einspanner Latte it's so smooth, creamy, and perfectly Sugarfree! Nour bar itself is super cute and cozy inside, with such a welcoming vibe. It's the kind of spot that instantly makes you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your coffee moment. Definitely a must-try if you're nearby! read more

I love my matcha here it tasted good and my friends loved iti also gave one to my husband and he enjoyed it even though he does not often get coffeesnext time I definitely need to get a smoothie or maybe some other coffee.
