I think they would be better if they can hire more people at the checkout because the line is long and it's moving very slow so it's hard to be carrying a tray full of pastries while waiting in line. Service was excellent -- the assistant manager was super friendly and even made sure I got my reward points. I'm a sucker for a good rewards app, and Foxtail's definitely hits the spot. For drinks, I went with the Maple Pancake Latte (iced) -- sweet, cozy, and fall in a cup. My wife ordered the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew with Cold Foam, which was smooth, creamy, and equally delicious.
