We love coming here at least every couple of months, if not sooner. The staff are really friendly and I have always gotten really good recommendations from them. Unfortunately, I was out of town over the weekend visiting friends, so I wasn't able to come back sooner. Today, I came directly to the store hoping to exchange the product for a higher-quality item and pay the price difference. It had only been three days, but they refused to make any exception or help me in any way. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the male employee who was working at the store today. The female employee who originally sold me the product was very helpful and polite. However, the male employee I dealt with today was completely different. He showed no interest in helping me, made absolutely no effort to find a solution, and had a careless and dismissive attitude. I honestly have never dealt with such a disrespectful salesperson. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the product for a higher-quality and more expensive item and pay the difference. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend this store. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else.

Where do I even start.. well I met George years ago when I stumbled into this random little smoke shop in Simi. The dude treated me like family the second I walked in the door. Instantly greeted me, and welcomed me into his store. Once I saw his prices where better than any other place I've been too, and how well he treated me I've been going there ever since. He recently opened up a new store in Santa Clarita so he's been there more often, but Ryan and the other guys (blanking on their names but y'all kick a**!) have the same mentality as George. They make sure everyone feels like family the second that door opens. I recently moved to town, I've been to a few different stores in town, there's a bunch of them but none of them impressed me the way this store did! The second I walked in, the owner was there, George is his name, he offered his help in cigars, at first I just wanted to make sure he knows what he's talking about, a lot of stores just sell products without knowing what it is! He's actually pretty knowledgeable and will take his time and answer any questions and recommend many different options!!! The staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable before I even make it to the register they've already got exactly what I came for and are always sure to see if I need anything else. This store is one of the greatest establishments our community has to offer. I smoked cigarettes for over 25 years and with the help from the very friendly and welcoming staff they were able to get me set up with a new vape that not only met all of my habits but one that would also be safer than cigarettes while continuing to kill my craving. Simply put, Tobacco, Cigars & More is the best smoke shop in Simi Valley. Their selection is promising and always stocked up. The employees are always helpful, kind, and friendly. By far, the BEST all around smoke shop I've ever been to. I started out as a smoker and this is where I went. They always had what I wanted and always great pricing.
