My uncle has been trying to stop smoking for years now and was not successful. So i went online and did some research in hopes of finding a way to help him. Hope came in the form of an amazingly knowledgeable man named "George" (who i am eternally grateful to). After spending 15 minutes on the phone with me, I made the drive to Simi Valley with my uncle to see George. Perhaps i pre-judged cigar shops but honestly George was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable men ive met since I moved to California. He TRULY CARES and gives honest advice. Regardless of weather you are interested in quitting smoking cigarettes, or simply want to know about a certain product, this place is your dictionary. To my surprise, there is SOO much more than just E-cigs! It is definitely unlike other smoke shops; it beautifully designed, clean and VERY fairly priced. There is a vast variety of very cool items that I (and most men) love. During my time there, i overheard another employee telling a customer that "she doesn't have to make a decision now," she should go home and think about it because "you should feel confident in your decision", words i never thought i would hear in such a place. Clearly his staff is as ethical as he is. Most important, my uncle has not had a cigarette for over THREE WEEKS NOW!!! This hasn't happened in over 15 years, and i honestly have you to thank George. Ran across town to grab my favorite e-juice from this store. (My usual store was out.) Located in a large parking lot near plenty of other businesses, there is no shortage of parking. The store is clean and well stocked with vape accessories and e-juice. I found the person working to be VERY friendly and helpful. Super nice guy. The price for my juice was higher than I usually pay but I was just happy they had it in stock. If you're into vaping I'd definitely recommend this location. Great service! read more

Will never go there again. We came in there I think once twice every couple of weeks to stock up on vape juices. Bought 3 4 at a time. This one guy in particular, he is bigger with longer black hair. Great for cigarettes when I used to smoke (they are quite cheaper than most other stores in the area,) but neither the owner nor the larger gentleman with a goatee have any idea what they're doing with e-cigs. My girlfriend was tapering down from real cigs to vaping; when trying to find a disposable they tried to sell her a nicotine-free version. More importantly, when I was trying to buy a glass or pyrex tank (I used both terms to make my need clear) the owner tried to sell me several plastic tanks despite me pointing out that they were in fact neither glass nor pyrex. Granted, he did have several steel tanks but these were extremely overpriced. Would not recommend this store to any vaper but for regular smokes it's a passable store and usually cheap. read more

By far the best place to shop! I do not smoke cigarettes, but i do vape a lot and smoke an occasional cigar. Jacob the vape builder knows what hes doing, i ask for any build and he can do it! George the owner and the rest of his staff knows everything and anything about smoke products, even if he doesnt sell it in his shop! George quoted me 1 price for vape stuff I wanted he and the other guy working working there talked about what I was buying. Quoted me 160. I stay there while they build everything then when I go to ring up it now is 240.00. I was told he misunderstood the several times what the other employee and he spoke about me getting. Never offered anything to solve the problem until I walked out and only called to let him know I was not coming back and he could re shelf the vape and tanks he had all ready built and let us use in the store (thought since we liked them he could charge us more now).
