I went yesterday to buy a couple of things it's was good got a bong and couple of bowl pieces. Went home to try it out, put some water in it and found out the bong was leaking and went the same day to go try to exchange or return it, the guy working there said that i couldn't return or exchange anything which sucks cause I spend $100 on the bong and for it to be a malfunction one. Went to the store to buy a dab bowl and a glass cover saw exactly what I wanted but it ended up being the wrong size brought it back to exchange it and got it swapped out with this contraption which was a packaged dab bowl and glass cover pretty much Came out to the same amount of money $30 - I get home to use it to realize the bowl is ridiculously humongous not really allowing you to properly use it unless you put 7 g of wax in it - sweet waste of $30. First few times I went in I thought the place was kind of cool and the owner was explained how he has this rewards program you get $5 off for every $100 you spend one of those put your phone numbers in and it tracks points so after shopping there a few times I reach my 100 points and earn a $5 off so the next time I go in I needed a pack of cigarettes and Im thinking cool $5 off a pack sweet the guy says sorry you can't use the $5 off on any tobacco in my head I get a little frustrated thinking I've spent over $100 here to get this $5 off and this is a smoke shop I mean the entire store revolves around selling tobacco products and paraphernalia and you can't use it on tobacco the guy says you can use it on anything else in the store except for tobacco so I let it go buy my pack of smokes and leave about a week or so later I go back in need another pack of cigarettes and think oh yeah I still have five bucks off maybe I could find something around that price (that's not tobacco) and actually be able to use it so I grab a lighter a can of butane a lighter leash and a pack of cigarettes and on top of the $5 off I also have a coupon from the manufacturer for a dollar off the pack of smokes he says to me you can only use these manufacturer coupons until next Wednesday so I'll take it this time and you can't use your $5 off on that stuff you have to be buying something for like $40 or $50 to use it I mean what kind of bullshit rewards program is that I told him I spent over $100 to get your so-called rewards what a complete scam that is it never said anywhere any of this stuff about not on tobacco and it has to be on a item that's at least $40 to $50 he never said anything about that so I said screw it put everything back I'll just get the cigarettes and the can of butane and he says to me how about you can have the can of butane for free how's that and I said no don't even worry about it the can of butane is only like $2 in change and not even the point the point is that you're running a complete scam to get people to keep coming back and spending money at your store and call it a rewards program he says no it's okay I give it to you for free I say fine he rings it up it comes out to $9 and like 80 cents every time I bought this pack of cigarettes in the past it's $8.60 out the door so not only did he not give me the can of butane for free but he didn't give me the dollar off for the coupon for the smokes he charged me a dollar extra I will never go back to this place again sad too because he actually seemed like a nice guy in the start read more
