Rip off - overcharging and selling defective merchandise . I purchased a disposable Vape pen - On Tuesday evening . First of all it said right in the box $3.99 but my receipt shows that she charged me $9.99.. I didn't even realize she overcharged me when I was there because she had issue with credit card terminal .. I didn't open my Puff until this morning- Thursday morning - and nothing - doesn't work - no puffs - no blue light - no nothing - totally dead. The only good thing about this business is that it is open at 8:00 am . I stopped by this morning , right at 8;00 am - same girl working. I told her about this Ecig not working. And she looked disgusted . Interrogated me when I bought? How does she know I didn't use already - told me I should of opened it when I got it and not wait a day . I Just walked out . I'll take the loss of 9.99 - this store has zero customer service and it's ridiculous that they are the one that sold crappy merchandise and they tried to turn it around on me . This place sells to under age kid have caught then twice now and when you ask for the manger Rita she says she not the manger then admits that she is when you tell her you have proof of this which she is the one and her employer name Ryan dose the same thing which told me he dose not do this so how did a kid come into the store today and purchase stuff today????? And when I spoke to Rita also today after her saying she not the manger which she lied about it and when I tell her for a fact that she dose she says well I must of been busy at the time of the under age kid made the purchases from her but you were not to busy to sell it to the them she said she was sorry this happen and I said well if I know this store dose it again I would call the police and then she say I'm busy I got to go. First I'll say that I checked this place out, originally, because it was right around the corner from where I live, so getting more e-liquid was a snap. At the time, it was run by a kind, quiet, Asian family, and I never had any problems. In the last couple of months, it was bought by new owners, and while it was previously good, it's now even better. It's remodeled, has more space, and they even have a vape bar, if folks want to sample anything. The guys who work there are really cool, and at least one of them vapes, so I'm able to get decent, and honest, flavor recommendations, on which ones he likes, as well as which ones sell the best.
