Also, when an item says not for individual sale, are you supposed to ignore that and sell said items individually? I'll.be your huckleberry....let me look into this. See, they make a lot of $$ selling cigars individually yet on the outside of most boxes, it states not for individual sale. If it's not allowed I'll be the concerned citizen and make a phone call!
